Today I had a new garage door opener installed by Jerry Eldreth and he did a fantastic job. It was wonderful having the job completed shortly after my call for service. My new opener is very quiet and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage services. Jerry is a true professional and was very thorough in getting the job done.

Our technician Randy, did an inspection, found the problem, we called about, also found frayed cables, repaired all! Was very polite, very sure of himself, shared his training with us, we ask! Precision does work in Club Estates Condos, got their card when they did work for our neighbor! They will now be our garage door repair team!

John was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done with my old wooden garage door. Unfortunately at this time I wasn't able to secure the funds needed for the project. I will definitely call back when I’m able to fund the job. Very pleased with the professional attitude.

Kenny was early and called us to evaluate the potential repairs. After a professional, and thorough review of our options and recommendations based on the age of our system, we decided to replace the motor and the springs. He did not pressure us into any solution, but rather he explained the present and future value of our options. Personal and professional installation. Thanks. Scott...

I received same day service unlike the other company who I had used in the past who couldn't come till next Tuesday. Josh called to let me know of his arrival time. He checked everything thoroughly and explained 3 choices for repair. Was helpful with working out a fair price for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Thank you for sending Josh to me. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

We called Precision this week because we had very good service on a previous opener problem. As before, they did not disappoint. The came out the day after I called (it was a nonemergency), diagnosed the problem, and recommended a solution. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
