Our experience with precision so far has been great. We received a timely response to our call and promptly arranged an appointment with Dan. He was on time and reviewed what we wanted done, measured and asked questions. Dan then reviewed our options and provided us with a quote as well as brochures. He understood we were getting other quotes and dud not apply any pressure and did not bad mouth the competition. Guess what? We just placed an order, if installation can match Dan's professional, prompt and courteous performance then another review will be coming!

I was having difficulty with my garage door not opening/closing properly. I called Precision based on a 5 star rating on Google. They definitely deserve that rating. I called around 1:30 and Brayden was here promptly at my scheduled time. He diagnosed that the problem was the motor. It was 18 years old. He installed a new one. He took the time with me to explain the functions of the various parts of a garage door. I appreciate the knowledge. I highly recommend this business.

When I left my home the garage door closed without issues. One hour later I received a panic call that the door would not open. We thought the nest the birds built on top of the opener may have something to do with the problem. Once removed, it still did not work. A friend (Paul D.) recommended your company. We called and you were able to schedule for visit later in the day and could expect an advance notification call the employees were on their way. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and made their way to the garage to do the mechanic and safety inspections. I was curious and hung around to watch. After some 25+ years of excellent service, it had in fact died. We were provided three replacement options to choose from. Which by the way, they had available in the truck. How good is that! No waiting until next Week/Day! The men worked well together and completed the installation quickly and cleaned up and removed all packaging to dispose. Again. Wow I didn't have to follow behind to clean up. The best part is now my door makes no shake rattle and roll noise. I love how quiet it is. The lead gave me two remote controls that he had programmed for us. We aren't very technical, so that was a relief. At the end of the day, I have to say, your team was great, fantastic over the top employees and deserve an atta boy and a big KUDOS. r, Michelle

Blake was on time. He listened to our concerns and did his assessment of our garage door. He clearly explained what needed to be done. We agreed. Within 2 hours, he completed all of the work and cleaned up. He did excellent work and our garage now works like it was new.

This go round, Tyler the Technician has a beeeeeeeautiful 'gentle' spirit, which makes the customer encounter very pleasant. Tyler was very professional & knowledgeable about his profession. I called around 8:30 am on a Thursday for a broken door spring, the technicians arrived before 10 am. They were very knowledgeable, pointed out the issues I also had with drums and rollers, and explained it all in layman's terms while showing me the concerns. They had the door fixed completely in a couple of hours. Nia and Dalton were very timely, friendly, and did a great job. From call to completion roughly 3.5 hours, much more than I expected! The door works great again.

Brayden was wonderful. I can’t praise him enough. He let me know when he was arriving, asked me to explain the issue I was having with my garage door, and he promptly got to work. I could tell right away that Brayden really knew how to tackle the problem, and he did a great job! He also let me know that if the issue ever occurred again, how he would resolve it. Brayden checked another problem I had experienced, and gave me excellent advice about it, as well. I can’t imagine using anyone other than Brayden, and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted excellent service at a fair price!

Precision Garage Door installed new motors, rollers, springs, etc about a year ago. One unit stopped working. I thought it was just a minor electrical issue. As it turned out the motor unit was bad. The technician was on time and professional through the repair process. Since the unit was under warranty there was no costs for the replaced unit and labor to install it. I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called around 9:30 am. The appointment was set up for between 10 and 12. The repair technician called to let me know he would be there in about 15 minutes. My repair was completed before 11am. Thank you for the quick service and excellent repairs.

I called Precision Door that evening and they had a service technician come out the very next morning. Blake Fischer called in advance to alert me of his arrival. He was polite and courteous throughout the whole service call, explaining all my options in detail. He performed a technician inspection which revealed the problem as well as opportunities to replace worn parts. He completed the repair in a relatively short time and replaced the garage door motor and belts. Garage door works like brand new.
