Had an opener fail on a Sunday. I booked service on line and the technicians arrived early. We talked thru replacement options and ended up replacing both openers. Very friendly and efficient as both openers were replaced, operating and walk thru in about 90 minutes.

We were very pleased with John Dalton as our technician. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job explaining our options. If we ever need a technician for our door again (hopefully we won't) we would be pleased to have his service again. He replaced the cables, motor, spring and drums.

The response was very quick when we reported a problem. A technician was out the very same morning. He was courteous and careful in his assessment and quickly solved the issue, which was not a problem with the equipment, but rather just an adjustment needed

I reached out to Precision on Monday afternoon with a non emergency issue and was able to schedule a service call for 10:00 AM Tuesday morning. Brayden Martin, the service technician arrived, assessed the situation and within 15 minutes he had 3 alternatives. He did a great job explaining the options and began working on the door immediately. He was polite, professional, and pleasant. The work was done quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Precision.

Purchased two new doors for a house we recently purchased. DanielM was very helpful selecting the doors and going thru the options to fit our needs. The doors were ready about a month later and PBD was able to get them installed the same day. Technican KennyD arrived and did an excellent job installed both door, and all new hardware in oppressive summer heat. True professionals. Highly recommended! Thanks.

I recently had the opportunity have Precision work on my garage door, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, Precision's Technician met all of my expectations. My technician was exemplary in their professionalism and courtesy. From my first interaction with my Technician I was impressed by their genuine concern for garage door issue as well as my budget. They were attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable with everything.

Very impressed with Precision door. They were able to get me in within an hour of calling as an inquiry, install a new garage door opener, and resolve the root issue that we did not know existed which was a broken spring. Would highly recommend Precision. Brayden our technician was highly professional, very experienced, and made sure we were taken care of! Thank you!

I needed a new spring. Neo, the Precision employee who provided the service, pointed out items with my motor that showed signs of age and weakness. I opted for new springs and a new garage door opener. The service was as advertised. I saw the ad on TV. Then I checked the website, and read reviews, and the profile of the service rep. The whole experience was great. Precision has a focus on customer service that seems to be lacking these days. I will be recommending Precision to anyone who needs garage door services.

My garage door has been very clunky, not closing flush to the ground, and reopening itself without fully closing for a while, and getting worse. I called Precision Garage Door Service today. They answered a phone call, sent out a technician, and the repair was performed all today. The service was very courteous and professional. I had the rollers, pulley, cables, and springs all replaced and the door is working like new. Thanks to Dalton and his colleague who performed the repairs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work done!!

We needed somebody fast and they were able to come the next day. Brayden our technician was fabulous, explained everything. Showed us the difference from our old unit to our new unit. Literally felt like one of my own kids. It's so nice today to be able to find a technician to do a job that has a fabulous personality, listens to your concerns and explains things to you in detail. Now I can hardly wait for my other garage door to break so I can call them back. The job was done fast.
