After returning from vacation we found our garage door inoperable. Called Precision—within an hour the service tech arrived at our door. The service tech (Benji) quickly diagnosed the issue and within minutes resolved the issue. Our experience was fantastic. We were experiencing malfunctions with our noisy old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and within an hour our technician, Chad, was at our house. He was friendly and professional. Chad inspected our garage door and diagnosed the issue we had been having. He offered us three different reasonable options to fit our budget (minor repair, larger repair, and larger repair with replacement of the motor). We opted to replace our garage door motor given its age. Chad quickly and professionally installed the new system which works excellently. The whole process took less than six hours from the initial call to the final inspection of the new system. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I called at 10:30am on Thursday to fix a broken spring on my 16x7 garage door, They said they could come on Friday between 1-3 pm. I said if you can come any earlier I would appreciate it. Within 10 minutes after I hung up someone called back and said we could come by 1pm today. I said that was great. Henry was my Tech. He showed up at 12:55. Was very professional and fixed my door with a new spring in less than an hour. He explained everything about my door and what might need done in the future to keep it running smooth. In 2019 Chad Lahue was the techican that repaired my garage motor. Installed key pad. He was so polite and helpful. Today I had to call for service and had the pleasure of seeing Chad again. First of all years ago I saw your ad on TV. Chad installed my new opener! So I was thrilled. When my remote wasn’t working I waited for a long time to call. I called yesterday and the person who set up my appointment (based on my schedule) I was so impressed! Then I received an email with the picture of who wouldn’t my service person.to add to this Chad called to say he would be early if that was ok. The icing on the cake was that once I did my dissertation on what was wrong, Chad fixed it in a second. He also made sure it all worked and he checked everything out!!! It was another great experience and I recommend Precision Door based on my positive interactions!!!

Quite honestly one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. From the free estimate to the prompt communication to the installation everyone was on point, efficient, and professional. Installation took one day and besides both doors, openers, and all hardware being new, there was no evidence of work being done. They cleaned up like it was their home. The doors and openers are awesome. I'm glad I got the steel doors because they look great and seem sturdy. The doors open with almost no sound. The openers are whisper quiet. You didn't just meet my expectations, you exceeded them. Well done and thank you!

Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

Our garage door only closed 1/4 of the way then retreated to full open. We have seen many commercials for Precision Door lately and gave them a call. Within a few hours we had a name and review of Zachary Shope who would be servicing us. He gave us a 24 point checklist of an inspection and fully explained our issue with rollers and cable. All were replaced. Personable and precise with explanation of issues and how he corrected them. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and concise young man. Would call Precision Door with any and all issues again. Prompt service, great technician and quick receipt. Nice to know we can trust this company. He was extremely honest. Many thanks.

My garage door broke just as I was leaving for work. I had seen your ads on TV every morning. The company I bought the door from could not come out for 48 hrs. Called Precision and they were here in 3 hours, diagnosed the issue and completed repair all within 1 hour. Great price for same-day service and 5 yr warranty. Nia was my tech and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use your services again and refer friends/family.

Fast same day service. Original garage door openers from 2003 were giving us some issues. Techs provided a walk through and demonstrated the issue(s) we were experiencing. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Parts were readily available on their truck when they showed up onsite and made the decision very easy to replace both openers. They helped w/ programming and a walkthrough on how the new openers function. I would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Precision and their personnel. Jerry Eldreth was out today to look at a problem with the door. He was able to immediately identify the issue and had it fixed in short order. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours of my contact with the office. He fixed the issue but also checked the entire door and its components lubricating everything as preventative maintenance. Very thorough. I have been pleased with all my dealings with Precision, from the guys who installed the door about 10 months ago, to Jerry coming out today to diagnose and resolve an issue.
