I called at 10:30am on Thursday to fix a broken spring on my 16x7 garage door, They said they could come on Friday between 1-3 pm. I said if you can come any earlier I would appreciate it. Within 10 minutes after I hung up someone called back and said we could come by 1pm today. I said that was great. Henry was my Tech. He showed up at 12:55. Was very professional and fixed my door with a new spring in less than an hour. He explained everything about my door and what might need done in the future to keep it running smooth. First of all years ago I saw your ad on TV. Chad installed my new opener! So I was thrilled. When my remote wasn’t working I waited for a long time to call. I called yesterday and the person who set up my appointment (based on my schedule) I was so impressed! Then I received an email with the picture of who wouldn’t my service person.to add to this Chad called to say he would be early if that was ok. The icing on the cake was that once I did my dissertation on what was wrong, Chad fixed it in a second. He also made sure it all worked and he checked everything out!!! It was another great experience and I recommend Precision Door based on my positive interactions!!!

Quite honestly one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. From the free estimate to the prompt communication to the installation everyone was on point, efficient, and professional. Installation took one day and besides both doors, openers, and all hardware being new, there was no evidence of work being done. They cleaned up like it was their home. The doors and openers are awesome. I'm glad I got the steel doors because they look great and seem sturdy. The doors open with almost no sound. The openers are whisper quiet. You didn't just meet my expectations, you exceeded them. Well done and thank you!

Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

Our garage door only closed 1/4 of the way then retreated to full open. We have seen many commercials for Precision Door lately and gave them a call. Within a few hours we had a name and review of Zachary Shope who would be servicing us. He gave us a 24 point checklist of an inspection and fully explained our issue with rollers and cable. All were replaced. Personable and precise with explanation of issues and how he corrected them. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and concise young man. Would call Precision Door with any and all issues again. Prompt service, great technician and quick receipt. Nice to know we can trust this company. He was extremely honest. Many thanks.

Fast same day service. Original garage door openers from 2003 were giving us some issues. Techs provided a walk through and demonstrated the issue(s) we were experiencing. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Parts were readily available on their truck when they showed up onsite and made the decision very easy to replace both openers. They helped w/ programming and a walkthrough on how the new openers function. I would highly recommend!

I received a confirmation email and the service person (Chad) called me to confirm 20 minutes before his arrival. Chad was professional and polite. He diagnosed and repaired my door. I had two garage doors installed two weeks and my experience with Precision was A1, excellent from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Rick, who was professional, easy to talk to, and took his time explaining everything that was included, in addition he proceeded to show me standard, better, and best in terms of quality, lastly, we went outside to his vehicle to see samples that allow me a visual of what my choices were. On installation day, two gentlemen, Cyrus and please forgive me for not remembering the other gentleman's name arrived on time, answered all my questions and were just as excited to install the doors as I was, and did a fantastic job . Garage doors aren't something that we'll purchase everyday, so, I really appreciate the time and patience , and effort that was taken by your entire team. Customer service matters!
