I reached out to Precision on Monday afternoon with a non emergency issue and was able to schedule a service call for 10:00 AM Tuesday morning. Brayden Martin, the service technician arrived, assessed the situation and within 15 minutes he had 3 alternatives. He did a great job explaining the options and began working on the door immediately. He was polite, professional, and pleasant. The work was done quickly and effectively. Purchased two new doors for a house we recently purchased. DanielM was very helpful selecting the doors and going thru the options to fit our needs. The doors were ready about a month later and PBD was able to get them installed the same day. My garage door has been very clunky, not closing flush to the ground, and reopening itself without fully closing for a while, and getting worse. I called Precision Garage Door Service today. They answered a phone call, sent out a technician, and the repair was performed all today. The service was very courteous and professional. I had the rollers, pulley, cables, and springs all replaced and the door is working like new. Thanks to Dalton and his colleague who performed the repairs in a very timely manner. This service was at my mother's residence. Ty was the service representative who came and went over the door which was in question. He evaluated what the issues were , made suggestions and proceeded to do a very thorough job fixing what I asked him to fix. Ty was very professional and very courteous. Blake was very professional and comfortable to talk with. He did a preliminary inspection of our door, hardware, etc. After which he explained his findings and showed me wear on parts that should be serviced. We were then offered different repair options. Our door was over 25 years old, so we opted for an overhaul. Springs, rollers, cables, etc. Very pleased with the results. Door is much quieter than it was. Will definitely recommend Precision to others. Purchase new product list should include an option for door overhaul (springs, roller, cables, etc.)
