Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them. Precision Garage Door Service will definitely be our choice in the future.

Fast and fabulous service. I thought I would be waiting days for my new door opener and it was expertly installed and operating within two hours of my call. Technician was truly skilled and efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company for any garage door issues. If all of this country worked like Precision does, this place would run like a finely tuned Swiss watch. Special commendations to the technician, Jerry; a very personable and valuable team member.

I am very pleased with the service that I got today for my garage door. It would not go up further than about a foot, and I found out that the spring broke and needed to be replaced. Ryan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

One star only because there is no choice for zero star. Do not label your company as offering an opener repair service. Not true. You are only interested in selling new installations. Your "repair man" refused to even try to diagnose what was wrong or make any attempt to service the opener. It was strictly a receiver coding error which I discovered and corrected myself. Thanks for nothing.

Thank you for the review Nick! For transparency to our readers and to explain in more detail of your particular service. We could not service your 50 + year old motor because it did not meet modern day building code requirements. Due to the fact that it had no safety eyes. Building code UL 325 prohibits any company to service a motor without up to date safety features. Had your motor had these feature we would have loved to been able to offer a repair solution to get you taken care of. But do to this fact, we protect ourselves by abiding in local, state, and federal laws. Now you being a home owner you can fix the motor yourself. Which I am glad to hear you were able to take care of the issue. But there was nothing more we could have done for you, with the exception of replacing the motor with one that meets up to date safety requirements. With that said, to be penalized with a poor rating for following state and federal code is not something in which I may agree with. I really appreciated the fact that your company was able to come out on the same day. When your garage door isn't working, it really is an inconvenience. Nia, the technician you sent out was very nice and professional. He assessed the problem and was able to fix it the very same day. He also told us that there was another issue and suggested we have that fixed also. No pressure. Just suggesting. We scheduled the additional work and he came out the same day also. Very professional. Emailed the information on who would be coming for the repair. Called 20 minutes prior to arriving to my home for the scheduled time. Gave me several options for the repair. I went with new rollers, belt drive garage door opener, new outside keypad and clickers (programming was included).

Jerry responded to our house within 4 hours of my phone call after our garage door was damaged. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and gave us a very reasonable estimate to have our door replaced. We will be purchasing 2 new garage doors due to the quality of the customer service provided. It's hard to find a company that provides small town customer service in this area, but Precision Door did just that. If you want to feel like a valued customer, contact Precision Door. After returning from vacation we found our garage door inoperable. Called Precision—within an hour the service tech arrived at our door. The service tech (Benji) quickly diagnosed the issue and within minutes resolved the issue. Our experience was fantastic. We were experiencing malfunctions with our noisy old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door Service and within an hour our technician, Chad, was at our house. He was friendly and professional. Chad inspected our garage door and diagnosed the issue we had been having. He offered us three different reasonable options to fit our budget (minor repair, larger repair, and larger repair with replacement of the motor). We opted to replace our garage door motor given its age. Chad quickly and professionally installed the new system which works excellently. The whole process took less than six hours from the initial call to the final inspection of the new system. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I called yesterday at 3:30 pm and your tech Henry Storm was here this morning at 10am sharp. He had called 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. After some safety review of my doors he replaced 4 pulleys on my doors, 2each, because others were worn. We discussed cable replacement which can be done at a later date if needed. Henry was professional, cordial and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Henry. I would definitely use your company again. Thank you for your fast response!!

Benji (my technician) was great - but what is very upsetting is that it was less than a year ago that I spent close to $3000.00 for a new garage door. The rollers had to be replaced because they were defective - why would you use rollers of such low quality. Benji said that the upgraded roller and spring package should have been offered to me at the time of the sale. I don't recall that they were but even if they were - why would Precision even put something of that quality on the door to begin with. Based on Benji recommendation I had him replace the rollers and spring to hopefully ensure that there would be no further issues. Having to spent another $400.00 was not in my budget - I am on a fixed income. When I replaced the garage door last November it was my expectation that I would not need to have any service or spend anymore money for a really long time.

Hello Lorraine, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I want to bring light to surface for our viewers this way our readers can have full transparency. Benji is an excellent tech who is very thorough as you have experienced. Here at Precision Door we use top of the line brands for our door installs. Your specific order had a 3 year warranty on the manufactured parts. They are not, "such low quality" parts. They are the same quality parts that every company in our service area uses. These are the parts the manufacturer gives to dealers when we buy their door. 1-2 springs, 2 cables, 2 drums, 3 bearings, and 10 rollers. Precision Door is however the only company that offers a high cycle package when buying a door for as low as $400.00 with a 10 year warranty. When servicing a door, which is what the services we provided and the service you are reviewing about. The prices to replace all these parts are higher. Benji did give you the option to replace these parts under warranty for only the price of our service fee of $79.00 To which you declined this option, and decided to move forward with the parts upgrade. To which we honored the pricing as if it was originally purchased with the door, as well as honored the 10 year warranty from Sept 2023, and not November 2022 (originally install date). This way, you would not have been charged any more then when you originally purchased the door. We understand the manufactured parts failing while under warranty is not what you or us expected, we did offer to cover the parts under warranty and we were instructed by you to move forward with the parts upgrades for the original cost.
