Kody was my technician and he did an outstanding job installing my new garage door system! He knew what he was doing, held a great conversation and explanation of what everything was and how it worked! We were is last job for the day and he didnt stop until the system was installed, checked and working. He went above what I expected! That's a dedicated professional! I called and was given an appointment for that afternoon. The technician called to let me know his TOA. He inspected the mechanics of my garage door and supplied three options with the pricing and explanation for each. The job was completed the same day to my satisfaction and is guaranteed for 10 years. I was very pleased! Thank you for great service.

The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.

Our garage door motor needed repaired, a cable was broken and we really needed a lot of work done to remedy our outdated opener. Our call to Precision was answered by a friendly voice and an appointment was scheduled the next day. Josh and Benji were awesome! Everything was reviewed thoroughly before work began and then the repairs were promptly completed. We are so grateful we called Precision and would highly recommend them!

Our garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and they were here in less than an hour. The problem cured. We are greatly pleased with the quick response and the friendly staff who took the call and the repairman that fixed us up! Note: Two years ago our garage door jumped the track and we called Precision. They were here the same day and had the door working like new. We were very pleased then and that's why we called them again with this recent problem. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable!

The light in the garage door opener had gone out. Being a senior citizen, I called to see if Precision would replace the bulb. They were quick in their response. Chad did an inspection of everything and advised what areas were starting to be deficient.

He was very thorough and explained what I could do to properly maintain the new springs and the existing rollers.
