The technician Dalton John was great. Knew exactly what was the problem. Let me explain and listen. Really nice equipment and very quiet running. Great job by Dalton.

I was impressed that I received same-day service. Taylor was absolutely awesome. He was very courteous and respectful. He showed me exactly what was wrong, provided me with 3 quotes, and was honest with me about the condition of my second door. I am very happy that I now have 2 new garage door openers that will work every time.

From the moment I called and spoke with Nick to schedule an appointment to the moment that Shane completed installation on our new garage door opener (plus springs, and more), we were treated with professionalism. We highly recommend having Precision Garage Door Service complete your garage door needs. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious. We were told and shown what was good and not good about our 25-year-old garage door opener and system. Shane did not try to sell us anything that was not needed. He provided us with options. And he was able to complete the installation the same day! We are very pleased and impressed with the products and work that was completed. Thank you!!!

Randy, the technician, came to the house today to help resolve the issue of the garage doors not closing consistently. His thoroughness and communication helped us realize that while we had just replaced the garage doors last year with Precision, the motors had worn out and needed to be replaced. The positive is that having a good technician like Randy helped us understand the issue and how to resolve it. The negative is last year, when we were having garage doors replaced. The salesperson, installers, and technician who all came and sold us the garage doors and serviced them did not mention the wear and tear on the motor, and it might be a good time to replace it. I am sure cost might have been the reason why not mentioned, as the salesperson could sense I had reached my limit on spending for the doors. My wife and I want to thank Randy for the excellent service, communication, and time to explain and recommend a solution. He is an excellent representation of your company. Recently, our HOA president asked me who did our garage doors last year, and I told her Precision. Moving forward, I will say Precision but get Randy involved.

Precision has given us prompt and courteous service in our prior visit 3 years ago and today. They replaced a worn out garage door opener 3 years ago with a quite and reliable opener. So we contacted them again when our other door opener gave out. Different tech but the same prompt service. Tech was local and courteous. I recommend Precision if you want reliable, prompt service and reasonable costs.

I was very pleased with the work Dalton and Chad have done for me. They are both very knowledgeable, caring and demonstrate their commitment to remarkable customer satisfaction. It's a pleasure to deal with each one of them. They take the time to explain things so that I understand everything they are doing. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs a new door or to service an existing door. They always put the customer first and I appreciate that for sure.

Prompt efficient service by a remarkably nice technician. He explained everything and programmed all remotes. New system is far better than what it replaced. Thank you for a good job.

My garage door 'slammed' down to the floor last Monday after I put my trash bin out. I called Precision Garage about 9:15 am - he told me a tech would be out between 10am and 12pm. About 30 minutes later, Shane (tech) called to tell me he would be here in 30 minutes - which he was. He assessed the situation, had me move my car out of the garage - after he manually lifted the door - and in 15 minutes told me that a screw had come loose on the arm that carries the door up and down. I told him I had just had Precision install the door and he told me he looked at my account, and it was installed in August of 2024!! I was dumbstruck, because I could not believe it had been a year and a half. He was so nice and polite - told me there was no charge for replacing and repairing - even checked the motor to make sure no damage had occurred when the door hit the floor - I Love this company and the people they hire are superior - Thank You Precision Garage Door - You are a company worth praising and congratulating for going above and beyond!! You have a lifetime fan - and I will always recommend you to friends and family - Awesome Experience!!

We had Precision Door over a year ago to replace our garage door opener on one side. Now when the other opener started going bad we called them back. Our technician Kody was very helpful, he worked with us and gave us what we needed. We would recommend Precision Door for any garage door needs.

We are a repeat customer and that, by itself, shows we are very pleased with the service. The problem was that a spring had broken, the garage door could not be raised, and I needed to be at work in a few hours. I called Precision and Kody, the technician, arrived in less than an hour. In another hour he replaced the springs everything was back to normal. This is service expected and difficult to improve.

I was throughly impressed with Josh the technician that came to my property. He was professional and answered all of my questions with great detail. He recommended items that I didn't realize were needed but didn't feel like I was being "over sold". As someone who also works in customer service, I really appreciated that. I am VERY happy with the end product they installed and my only complaint is that I didn't call them sooner! I would highly recommend their service and I felt that I received the products for a very fair price.

Technician Taylor arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and provided easy to understand descriptions of results of his inspection of my garage door. No pressure. Advised me of which service is most important. Service call for today wasn’t that expensive, but subsequent services seemed quite high. I now feel educated on what I need to do to keep my garage door opener working well.

We had such a good experience with Precision! Our garage metal frame was bent, from a gentle bump from one of your cars. The garage door then would not close because the sensors were off. It was a safety hazard, as we didn’t want to door open overnight. We called Precision and they had a technician out within 2 hours. He was very polite and fixed the door quickly. The fee was very reasonable as well. Thank you Precision!
