We had an issue with the motor on our garage door opener. A web search for garage door repair led me to their website where I opted to book online, which was very convenient. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and that a new motor and rail was needed. He was able to quickly replace the motor and install a new rail and after he was finished he went over general door maintenance and asked if we had any questions. I will recommend Precision to others!

Our garage door would not open due to a broken spring. I scheduled an online booking with Precision. Dalton from Precision arrived on time, explained the services available to meet our needs, and was extremely courteous. Under the extreme cold weather conditions outside, Dalton repaired our garage door. We are sincerely thankful to Precision, Dalton, and their high-quality work ethic. We contacted Precision because our middle garage door was wobbling and shaking itself almost off its tracks. I also asked the to come estimate replacing all our doors with new high lift doors. Steve our tech was great. He rapidly fixed our middle door by replacing a couple of pulleys and re cabling the door lists. It’s working well. He was also very helpful in estimating a couple of new door and system options and we can wait to get them installed soon. I’ll review them again at that time but for now I’m optimistic. Thanks all.

When one hears “no cost, no obligation” the antenna go up. Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. He found credible issues and provided options. It wasn’t cheap but neither was the work. Call Precision if you want one of the most important curb appeal features of your home both appealing and functional!

We had Jeremy Mayer come out and give us a price on converting our garage doors from 2 to 1. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He took the time to show many options in doors, explaining the difference of each in terms my wife and I could understand. I was really impressed with Precision Garage Door of Harrisburg. I called them and they were able to get a technician out the same day. My technician, Taylor, was fantastic. He clearly explained what the problem was and gave me several different options for the repair rather than just pushing the most expensive fix. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and let me decide what worked best for my situation. It’s hard to find that kind of transparency and honesty these days. Fast, professional, and helpful. The problem that I called about was resolved. The technician seemed very competent. I would like it noted that both the technician and myself noticed the pull chain slapping against its guide rail when the door opens. The technician assured me that this is not a problem. I am noting this because if it does become an issue, I feel that I should not be charged with another service fee to resolve this.

Absolutely impressed with the service and work completed by Precision Garage Door. A spring on our door, broke last night. I chatted online with their site and was impressed that they would be here in the morning between 8 and 10. Josh arrived by around 9 and got to work on the situation right away. After he had completed the job, he went over all that he had done and explained things to us . We are beyond pleased with the service we got, and would indeed recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, absolutely professional service!
