Wonderful experience, our opener died and left door open one foot and we hit it when we entered the garage knockingthe door off the tracks. Called next day and got same day service technician was excellent. We went over options or repair vs replace and since unit was 20 years old we decided to have a new one installed. He had the unit in his truck and completed the job, fully within 2 hours, Easy peasy. Very happy with the whole experience.

Why does everything break on Friday evening? Well, thank goodness for Precision Door. Came out Saturday morning and replaced the springs and rollers. Chad was great. Explained the work and provided us with options. After repairs, door worked like new. Great job!

Spring broke on our door and reviewed on google for a company to repair. The technicians were pleasant, courteous, and respectful. They worked fast and proficiently in finding the problems and explained the issues. Gave us 3 options in fixing our door. I selected your Company by researching online and looking at Reviews. As I told your technician, I was very impressed with the easiness of scheduling an appointment online and the availability of the appointments (next day service). Our garage door was completely down, wouldn't go up, Torsion Spring broke in half. Our technician was Justin. He was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He inspected all working parts of the operation of the door and gave us several options in repairing and replacing other parts that showed wear. We decided to take last option, which pretty much replaced all working parts of the door and is very quiet when in operation. Before, all the neighbors on our street knew when we were leaving home. lol

My husband, Ken and I can't say enough good things about your service. We called to make an appointment the night we came home from work and discovered we had a broken garage door spring. The very next morning Jerry came out to assess the situation. He was wonderful to deal with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. It turns out we basically had our whole garage door system overhauled. New springs, cables, drums, bearings and rollers and we also purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. We were so impressed and so pleased with everything that was done. Now that everything is working as it should, we only realized just how badly things needed attention. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend your service to anyone. Thank you for everything.

Service Technician Dakota came and reviewed the (daunting) task of working on old/antique garage doors with enthusiasm, where another company asked to provide a quote was mad/upset, that they had not been granted permission to services them years ago as he drove by them regularly and made multiple inquiries. I haven't used a Garage Door repair service before and came across Precision online. From the scheduling process, appointment confirmations, work being done, etc. - the entire experience was outstanding. The technician I worked with was Justin - very professional, was very clear on updates needed and options available, and conducted great work within an hour. It can be difficult to find a company that has outstanding services throughout the entire project - I found that with Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My Genie opener seized and quit working. I arranged for an apt online and confirmed by text msg. Installer called and asked to come early and I agreed. I needed my springs replaced and a new precision opener installed. In less that two hours job was complete with a code box outside and a wall mount in the garage. Quiet, smooth operation, and fast open and close. I made the right choice and highly recommend Precision. An extra bonus is the great warranty.

About as perfect as could be. A tech arrived about three hours after my call, on time and with all the parts needed to fix my garage door. The tech was a real nice person and a credit to the company. He was well trained and made suggestions to improve the door’s operation beyond just replacing the broken spring. It would appear that the replacement parts were of high quality and will last. I was pleased that someone was able to come out the same day to repair my garage door. I was notified by the technician of his arrival time while he was in transit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I opted to have everything replaced, springs rollers, pulleys, cables, etc. The repair took just a little over an hour and I was back in business. The door is quieter than it has ever been. I am very satisfied.
