Discovered I had a broken door spring, so I gave Precision a call. Josh Finkbeiner was the tech who came out to my place to take a look at what I needed. Not only did he come out the same day, but he had everything needed to do the job in his truck already! This is an old door from back when JFK was in office, and it gave Josh a run for his money, keeping him here way later than he wanted to, but he finished the job with a smile. Excellent service, great work, and good people. Can't ask for more than that! I'll definitely be using them in the future (hopefully to get rid of this dinosaur of a door).

I am very pleased with Precision and their personnel. Jerry Eldreth was out today to look at a problem with the door. He was able to immediately identify the issue and had it fixed in short order. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours of my contact with the office. He fixed the issue but also checked the entire door and its components lubricating everything as preventative maintenance. Very thorough. I have been pleased with all my dealings with Precision, from the guys who installed the door about 10 months ago, to Jerry coming out today to diagnose and resolve an issue.

My service person arrived promptly almost exactly at the time he said he would. I was hoping that all I would need would be the spring replacement unfortunately that was not the case. My service person replaced the entire spring assembly and springs but the door still did not open properly. Fortunately my repairman had everything necessary to replace my door opener with a new one and complete the entire job. I have a limited income and this was an expense that I was not expecting. The service was pricey but I do believe the job was well done and hopefully I don't need to have this done again in my lifetime. My repair person was very empathetic to the entire situation as I'm sure you all run into this everyday. My only complaint is obviously the price but, with things in the world as they are today it is almost expected. The service that I received was quick and professional. Hopefully the products that were installed it will be well worth the cost. Garage doors/openers are a convenience that we absolutely take for granted until they don't work. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door! I liked the reviews for them and that they offered late afternoon appointments. I was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my door the next day! Jordan Bair was the one who came out to figure out why my garage door stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to answer my questions, and he was able to replace the entire opener within an hour! Thank you Jordan!

Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them. Precision Garage Door Service will definitely be our choice in the future.

One star only because there is no choice for zero star. Do not label your company as offering an opener repair service. Not true. You are only interested in selling new installations. Your "repair man" refused to even try to diagnose what was wrong or make any attempt to service the opener. It was strictly a receiver coding error which I discovered and corrected myself. Thanks for nothing.

Thank you for the review Nick! For transparency to our readers and to explain in more detail of your particular service. We could not service your 50 + year old motor because it did not meet modern day building code requirements. Due to the fact that it had no safety eyes. Building code UL 325 prohibits any company to service a motor without up to date safety features. Had your motor had these feature we would have loved to been able to offer a repair solution to get you taken care of. But do to this fact, we protect ourselves by abiding in local, state, and federal laws. Now you being a home owner you can fix the motor yourself. Which I am glad to hear you were able to take care of the issue. But there was nothing more we could have done for you, with the exception of replacing the motor with one that meets up to date safety requirements. With that said, to be penalized with a poor rating for following state and federal code is not something in which I may agree with. Nia, the technician you sent out was very nice and professional. He assessed the problem and was able to fix it the very same day. Very professional. Emailed the information on who would be coming for the repair. Called 20 minutes prior to arriving to my home for the scheduled time. Gave me several options for the repair. I went with new rollers, belt drive garage door opener, new outside keypad and clickers (programming was included).
