The easiest 5 star I’ve ever handed out. Seriously, this team has been amazing. A lifesaver. We had such a weird unique situation and they assessed it and came up with a great plan. Affordable solutions too. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and courteous. Communication was clear. Definitely give Precision a call. With all of the struggles we’ve had with home improvements, it was a breath of fresh air to have a company and team like this to work with on one of the more challenging projects. Thank you!!!

Great Service!!! Ty came right on time and quickly evaluated the problem and within a few minutes he informed me what needed to be done and proceeded to accomplish the job. I am very impressed with the great service Precision Garage Door provided. Not only did they install a new garage door previously, which again, was great service, but once again provided quick service. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs work on their garage door. Fantastic Job!!!

Today I had a new garage door opener installed by Jerry Eldreth and he did a fantastic job. It was wonderful having the job completed shortly after my call for service. My new opener is very quiet and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage services. Jerry is a true professional and was very thorough in getting the job done.

I was impressed by Precision’s commercials and was not happy with the original installer. Scheduling was easy, the technician was on time, he clearly outlined my options, including the cost of each, and did a fabulous job on the upgrade/repair.

I had a garage door spring break early this morning and contacted Precision Garage Door. They had a technician on-site within four hours and completed the repair the same day. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Precision was the only garage door company open at 6:00 a.m. and able to offer same-day service, which I truly appreciated. Their quick response and excellent service made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the prompt and reliable support.

I scheduled to get an estimate on my phone. I received confirmation right away and the Sales Rep showed up when he was supposed to. He provided a very fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me on what I was clear about up front. I would use them again.

On the initial install of a garage door opener, the the did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with the door. They straighten the tracks and have the door running smooth. Every tech that has been out over the past 4 years have been excellent. The opener itself is poor quality. I've has multiple issues and finally just disconnected it. Great people, poor product!

I am very pleased with the service of your company. The Service Tech, Justin Cooney, was very professional, arrived on time, explained the options available to bring my garage door up to date, and had time to immediately install a new opener. I chose your company because of the commercials I have seen and am glad I did.
