I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and my call was answered promptly by a friendly and helpful associate. They scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 10:00-12:00. As promised our Technician-Nia arrived just a few minutes after 10:00. He assessed the work needed and offered a few options. While a broken spring repair would have solved the issue, he did point out a number of other repair issues to consider. This was by no means a high pressure sell and he did a great job explaining why we should consider replacing a few other parts which were now about 32 years old. We accepted his recommendations, and he completed the work promptly and professionally in less than two hours. Our door works better than it has in years, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They offer prompt service, and their entire team is friendly, courteous, and professional.

Josh Finkbeiner was our service person and we could not be happier. Weren’t sure what needed to be done and it turned out everything except the actual door! He was so professional and experienced and he talked us through every procedure and why it needed to be done. We did not imagine we would have to spend $1695.00 today, but we feel confident that he was honest about our problems and everything was done to perfection. We will always recommend your company, but hopefully after the great job Josh did, we won’t need you for awhile!!! Thank you!

Worker were on time. They were at my place to give an estimate on raising the track and door closer to the ceiling. They were there over an hour and were unable to provide an estimate. After talking to them I was advised that they would email to me later that day. Well over 24 hours went by. I called regarding the estimate. I was told that they will look into it and have an estimate sent by email. I waited over an hour still no response. I two other companies out and received estimates on the spot. I eventually gave up with not receiving an estimate so I called them back and told them I went with another company. Sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend this company poor service and communication.

In this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past nothing could be further from the truth with Precision Garage Door Service. From my initial call that was answered by a real person and my technician Chad, everyone was courteous and professional. I called approx 10:00 a.m. and Chad called me with an e.t a. and was right on time. In about 2 hours from my call to Precision I had a technician in my driveway. Chad answered all my questions, gave me my options along with the exact cost and had all the required parts on his truck. He finished the job in a timely manner, demonstrated the door and again asked if I had any questions. He gave me his card and said to call with any questions or concerns. Chad is an asset to his company and I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing service to their garage door or opener.

We had used Precision Garage doors a few years ago and had a beautiful new door installed. Needed a new motor installed and Josh did the work. This young man was very personable and explained everything that needed to be done and after motor was installed he explained in detail just what he had done. New motor is belt driven and is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Pricing was very reasonable and we will continue to use Precision door for all our garage door needs. Excellant service!!!

The two men that were here were very courteous and professional and explained things that I tried to understand. They replaced numerous parts which they stated needed to be replaced and gave a good warranty. My door is still very noisy which is why I called in the first place. Your tv advertisement says about quieting noisy doors. I feel that it’s safe to use but not near as quiet as I hoped. My neighbor said all these condominium doors are noisy.

Our garage door motor needed repaired, a cable was broken and we really needed a lot of work done to remedy our outdated opener. Our garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and they were here in less than an hour. The problem cured. We are greatly pleased with the quick response and the friendly staff who took the call and the repairman that fixed us up! Note: Two years ago our garage door jumped the track and we called Precision. They were here the same day and had the door working like new. We were very pleased then and that's why we called them again with this recent problem. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable!

I had an appointment for a garage door repair. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, we talked and then I decided to get a new door, this was Monday. He called the office and they said they could install it on Thursday and would call me to setup a time to install. I had to call them and now they don't have my standard door in stock so I have to wait 2 weeks for a new door
