My experience with Precision was Great. The 2 service men were very efficient, courteous and professional at their job and very nice to deal with. I had them do more than originally had asked for. As a new resident to the area, I had the unfortunate experience of the garage door spring breaking. I noticed my neighbor had service recently completed by Precision Garage Door. I called the number provided off of the website and was greeted by a friendly "Nick" who was very prompt in answering the call and providing a service request between noon and 2 pm for the same day. I was advised that Jerry would be calling prior to his arrival. Sure enough Jerry called shortly after noon and said his arrival time would be within 15 minutes. Jerry Eldreth was extremely polite and very informative after observing and evaluating both of my garage door openers, rails and all moving parts. The obvious replacement of the one door spring was required but Jerry ensured both door systems were in good working order, lubricated everything, made proper adjustments and had me up and running on the broken side within an hour of his arrival. The previous homeowner failed to leave literature behind as to the age of both openers, but Jerry was able to advise manufacture dates and provide a pretty good estimate as to installation based on the age of the home. Jordan, was a great technician, very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my "homeowner" questions, and did not seem to get annoyed in the least. He explained the choices thoroughly, where the repair was concerned. When you have someone in a service industry, that enjoys what they do, you can really tell. Having good people performing your service, after already being stressed about the need to have the service, is a great thing. There are not enough people in the service professions, and getting to work with one who really enjoys what they do is a great benefit for your company. Thank you Jordan.

I had a problem with my garage door opener. You could just hear the motor run when you pushed it but the door would not open. This happened on a Friday afternoon. When I called for appt, I was given the first appt on Monday. (I could still manually open and close the door in the meantime.) The techs came and the door opener worked right away. They tried it several times and it continued working but they felt the motor was starting to go. Because I was just starting to recover from major surgery, they offered to send me quotes about the costs for new motors so I could make a decision on that when it stopped working again or at my convenience. Excellent service and very professional.

Kenny came and I told him what happened with our garage door,he then did an inspection of all the parts and gave me his recommendation for repair explaining the condition of the parts. I agreed to his quote,he had all of the parts needed on his truck and in about two hours we had a rebuilt garage door.Kenny has very good work practices and organization skills

Precision quickly, courteously, and expertly did a minor repair to our garage door. The door got bent at the bottom with a hit from our car before the door was completely up. Precision's "book online" feature was easy to use and brought us a technician in 4 hours who gave us options and then did the repair to get us functional. Jerry Eldreth was knowledgeable and respectful. He gave options, but no pressure (which I had braced for!) for a new door--even though ours is 30 years old. When its time for a new door--or another repair--we'll gladly go back to Precision. They're doing business right!

We had a spring break on our garage door yesterday evening. This morning, my son and I were able to assist getting it up to get our vehicles out of the garage, but I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I called first thing this morning and was able to get an appointment between 9:00 and 11:00 am. The technician (Benji) was very knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy to deal with. He had it fixed in no time! I would definitely recommend Precision Door!
