Response time was very prompt, about 2 1/2 hours. Had trouble with the automatic door closing and tech. Justin did a dialysis and found I needed new springs and cables. After new install everything worked fine. Would recommend this company.

Fantastic response to my broken door spring. The technician was the nicest and most knowledgeable repair person I’ve ever had come to my house (including plumbers, electricians, hvac)! He showed up right on time and fixed the problem in no time. I never had a problem with the garage doors before but I will definitely call Precision Door again if I ever have another issue with them! I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Excellent same day service.

When my double garage door suddenly stopped working I called precision door over all other advertised firms because Precision replaced my immediate neighbors garage door and she was very pleased with their work!
