Called for a broken cable and tune-up this morning and Nia Bennett was dispatched here at 11:30. Super, knowledgeable and courteous young man...switched cables, springs,rollers and pulleys and was done by 12:15! Super service, well done!

I have reviewed several garage door companies but chose Precision because of reviews and history. I have not been disappointed- Zach was very professional walking me thought the process and reviewing the quote in detail with myself and my husband. Katelyn followed up with all the paperwork and within an hour or so I have an installation date and am excited to get our new garage doors installed. Fabulous Teamwork and professionalism. I opened the garage door this morning to find that there were suddenly cables hanging in places they certainly did not belong. After a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Precision for help. Justin was at our home by noon, and repairs were completed by 2. He did a complete inspection, showed us exactly what he found, and explained what the options were. At no time did we feel pressured to rush the decision, or that were asking too many questions. We ended up replacing the entire 20 year old spring assembly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and Justin from start to finish.

Chad Lahue was the service technician who checked and repaired my garage door. It was easy to see why Chad was rated as highly as he is. He explained what the potential causes were, and he suggested what to keep an eye on in the future. He was very honest with his suggestions on the options which were available to me to address the issue. To summarize I was very satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door Services, that includes Dan who took my call and set up an appointment and for Chad who worked on the door, thank you Precision.

I chose to contact Precision Door Service because my daughter made the recommendation. The gentleman, Henry, who serviced our garage door is an absolute “gentleman.” Henry walked me thru the process of fixing our garage door, step by step. Allow me to be a bit more personal. If God had blessed me with a son, I would want him to be like Henry. I can’t say enough about what a fine man Henry is. I am additionally impressed by Precision’s equipment as well as the their professional dress code. All in all, Precision Door is an “outstanding” company.

My call was taken in quick order and they were able to dispatch a rep within several hours. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable, and professional. He performed an analysis and prevented me with multiple options and varying price ranges. He made recommendations, but there was no pressure or salesmanship. He performed the work efficiently and explained all of the changes when complete. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone, and Jordan, in particular.

These guys are THE best. There was a problem with the custom color from the manufacturer (not Precision’s fault). Chad and Rick knocked themselves out fixing the issue. Especially Rick (who made multiple trips). They weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied. Let me just say - I couldn’t be happier. The door looks fabulous - the best in the neighborhood. And the garage door opener - quiet? Super quiet. My only regret is that I only have one house! ????

Incredibly responsive and polite. Kenny even took the time to explain how to work on my other door myself. The price seemed fair, but they responded so quickly that I didn't have time to get any other quotes, and it was worth it to have my door fixed the same day. Discovered I had a broken door spring, so I gave Precision a call. Josh Finkbeiner was the tech who came out to my place to take a look at what I needed. Not only did he come out the same day, but he had everything needed to do the job in his truck already! This is an old door from back when JFK was in office, and it gave Josh a run for his money, keeping him here way later than he wanted to, but he finished the job with a smile. Excellent service, great work, and good people. Can't ask for more than that! I'll definitely be using them in the future (hopefully to get rid of this dinosaur of a door).
