The cable on our garage door failed Saturday night and I found Precision by googling. Was pleased when called and could make an appointment for Sunday. Your Technician (Henry) came as scheduled and was able to make repairs so the the door could be opened.

this was an excellent Experience. i saw a tv advertisement and called and spoke to Zack (sales) he coordinated everything from there. he scheduled me immediately for the next day, he then connected me with jerry the tech, who was great! jerry called me in advance so i could meet him at my house and not wait at home for him to arrive. he was in and out in no time and had me up and running again. this whole thing was done with lightning speed and for much less cost than 2 other places quoted me. i now have them quoting me for some upgrades to my garage doors and potentially new doors. great job!! i will recommend them to everyone i know.

This is at least my 3rd time using Precision Door Service and have never been let down by their exceptional service. From the initial phone call with a helpful person on the other end of the line and being able to get an appointment set up for the following morning, and the efficient, knowledgeable service provided by Kenny, it was another great experience. Justin Cooney, Precision Technician, made a thorough inspection of the garage door and provided options for the work including estimates. He thoroughly answered all my questions which immensely helped my decision on what work to perform. Justin was friendly and performed a super job in making the repairs - a true expert and professional in this trade. The payment amount was reasonable and I liked Precision's limited 10-year warranty of the work. All-in-all a great experience. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

I called at 10:30am on Thursday to fix a broken spring on my 16x7 garage door, They said they could come on Friday between 1-3 pm. I said if you can come any earlier I would appreciate it. Within 10 minutes after I hung up someone called back and said we could come by 1pm today. I said that was great. Henry was my Tech. He showed up at 12:55. Was very professional and fixed my door with a new spring in less than an hour. He explained everything about my door and what might need done in the future to keep it running smooth. We called at 8am and serviceman arrived about 10:15! Very impressed with that. The repair of door was done well. The serviceman was pleasant & answered our questions. Besides having a door repaired we had 4 doors serviced which we were told meant lubricating, tightening bolts, and aligning. There was a charge of $100 per door. Each door took less than 15 minutes each & aligning was putting a finger up to check if it was level or something like that. That service was way overpriced.

In 2019 Chad Lahue was the techican that repaired my garage motor. Installed key pad. He was so polite and helpful. Today I had to call for service and had the pleasure of seeing Chad again. First of all years ago I saw your ad on TV. Chad installed my new opener! So I was thrilled. When my remote wasn’t working I waited for a long time to call. I called yesterday and the person who set up my appointment (based on my schedule) I was so impressed! Then I received an email with the picture of who wouldn’t my service person.to add to this Chad called to say he would be early if that was ok. The icing on the cake was that once I did my dissertation on what was wrong, Chad fixed it in a second. He also made sure it all worked and he checked everything out!!! It was another great experience and I recommend Precision Door based on my positive interactions!!!
