My garage door completely broke and could not even be manually raised. This was a day before and anticipated winter snow event. I called precision who my sister had also used, they called me back immediately. They came within 24 hours (despite the weather)and did a full assessment of my garage door mechanism and opener. Afterwards Ed reviewed his findings and showed me the damage parts. He then reviewed three different proposals to fix my garage. After choosing the best one with the warranty immediately got to work and within 3 hours I had a functioning garage door back. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone okay

At 3 pm on a Monday, had an issue with my door not opening. Had recently seen a few commercials for Precision and their timely service. Called and was scheduled an appointment the following day. Tyler B kept in contact about his arrival time. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection while looking as to why my door wouldn’t open. After consulting with another employee, he identified the problem and had us up and running. Gave a thorough explanation of what the problem was and how it was fixed. Made some recommendations for future consideration. Overall a great experience.

The technician, Kody, was personable, and professional. He explained in detail what occurred to my door opener. He provided three(3) options and detailed each not only to me, but to my son in law via telephone. He worked steadily through a snow storm and within a garage with no heat!! I will definitely use this company again when door #2 decides not to open properly or at all.

Dalton arrived early and was waiting for me when I got home. He was extremely pleasant and understanding that we had to drive up a hill to get to the barn. He appraised the door and provided me options, including what extra parts and actions could keep the door in good working order. After consult we decided to replace additional parts to improve the doors working life. He completed the working very quickly, explained everything, and even took time to answer a few questions about work I would like done later in my home garage doors. In short, Dalton was great and I am 110% satisfied with him and the company. I was able to get a tech out in approx. 24 hours for what was a very necessary repair.

Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!

Horrible experience! I felt like a highly trained sales person who also happens to know how to work on garage doors came to my house. The torsion spring broke and I just was looking for a good price and a good repair. The torsion spring lasted almost a decade which I’m fine with and we use it a lot so it’s not surprising after almost 10 years. We’re having an issue. Technician came out, evaluated the situation. Next thing I know I’m sitting at my morning room table with him across from me like I’m talking about refinancing my house and we’re going over these absorbent prices. One price just for repairs three times as expensive as what it should be. One price for repairs and for him to do some minor lubrication and now we’re up from $750 for the repair which another company did about an hour later $456. Then he’s giving me a second price which would include a whisper, quiet motor that’s belt driven. I bulk at the prices and say I’m not really comfortable with this and then the prices start to change and come down and we start going down from top of the line to builders grade and then he goes to his van to make a phone call to the powers that be quite frankly I felt like I was buying a new car and they’re pulling that let me speak to my manager shit. Bottom line my wife got fed up, walked out to the van and told him to keep driving. So I guess basically I would describe my experience as suspicious, unbelievably pricey, and like they never really had my best interest at him more interested in padding the bill. PS a lot of scare tactics were used, and as it turns out he was wrong on at least one of the tactics telling me that my builders grade tension spring was put in unprofessionally by someone that didn’t want to waste a few extra dollars on a metal ball bearing, and as it turns out after me doing research that same spring never came with a metal ball bearing it came with a plastic ball bearing. Always buy local! If you have somebody that you can trust in somebody that has a fair price then you’ve got everything!!

5 stars – top-notch quality and service! I sent a request to Precision last night and they were here the very next day to quote and install two new garage door openers. Our old units were 19 years old and finally gave out, and Josh and the team at Precision worked with us to find the perfect replacements that still fit within our budget. We ended up upgrading to new belt-drive openers with all the modern features, and the difference is incredible. Josh was a true professional—courteous, efficient, and he walked me through setting up all the new remotes and features. We’re extremely impressed and will absolutely use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

Garage door needed repair and I contacted Precision for service appointment. Made contact at 11 am and service tech was there by 1:45pm. Inspected the door and opener, provided 3 service options to get the door returned to service. Clearly explained differences between the 3 options to help with my decision. Tech completed replacement of necessary items and all repairs within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the quality of work and interface with he service tech. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment.

We chose Precision because of the high rating from other customers, and it paid off. Our garage doors are old, and we needed a maintenance check up on them. Our repairman Cody did a wonderful job with our old doors/systems. Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and explained what he did for us. He also explained with the age of our door motors they are working on borrowed time, so we are looking to replace them in the spring.
