Had to replace a panel in my garage door, service was fast and well done. The installer was very professional and easy to deal with. After that experience I decided to get another door installed in my barn. The person who came up to do the estimate was easy to work with and helped me to figure out how to frame out the placement for the new door, in doing this he helped me save on the cost of the installation of the new door. Which is not something that most companies would do. Great service and friendly and knowledgeable personnel, would recommend them to anyone looking to have door work done.

The spring broke on our garage door Saturday night. I googled garage door repair near me and saw Precision. I went online and easily made an appointment for Monday morning. Chad was here by 830. He called me at 8 to give me his ETA. Chad was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out some areas of wear, but was not pushy in trying to upsell. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I won't need Google again for garage door repair. I'll only call Precision.

Dante was on time and very friendly. He conducted a thorough inspection and noted significant wear on several components of my garage door system that I was unaware of. He explained my options and pointed out other aspects of the original installation that I should consider upgrading. Once we agreed on the scope of work, Dante did a fantastic job of installing the components and thoroughly explained the functions and the ten-year warranty. Jeremy Mayer was the first contact my wife and I met through precision, his professionalism and willingness to listen to our wants was great. He helped us through the process of picking a door package that would work for our garage along with closely matching 30 year old doors that were currently installed on 2 bays. We were very satisfied by the time he left the house with our decision to give precision a try. Chase Chapman was the installer and his attitude and attention to detail followed suite with the positive experience we had encountered on day one with the salesman. With that being said I highly recommend precision door for there services and am glad I have there number for any future needs.
