Precision Garage Door Service did an outstanding job. Our garage door was broken and needed to be replaced. Precision responded promptly to our calls and kept our old door functional until our new, special order door arrived. Installation was smooth. Zack and Eddie were professional, skilled and friendly. Our new door is high quality and beautiful.

Precision went above and beyond! They called within 10 minute of inquiring on their website and had a service tech (Denny) out the next business day! Denny was super polite and informative and gave us different options for fixing our garage door. We decided to replace the opener and the springs he had it switched out super fast and explained to us how everything worked! Also his boss saved him some time by picking up the new opener and dropping it off at our house while Denny installed the other parts. Thought that was pretty cool, you dont see that very often! Would definitely recommend!

I did not like that Dan Madison entered my attached garage first without first knocking on my door to introduce himself ! I only knew of his arrival after hearing of noise in the garage ! Very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I will be sure to include this to whomever inquiries of the work that was done by Precision.

Hi Rose, We are very sorry we left you with this impression. Usually when the garage door is open, our technicians will meet our customers in the garage as opposed to the front door. I spoke with Dan about this, he mentioned to me, that he had to knock on the garage man door twice for you to answer. That may have been the noise you could have been hearing. Either way, we understand that entering through the garage instead of the front door made you feel uncomfortable. Dan had also mentioned to me that you had confronted him about this already, and by the time he left, he was under the impression that you and him were doing rather well. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they offer same day service. I called and was thanked for calling the business asked what the problem was and given an appointment window. I w was called by the service tech prior to this window and was told that he was running late but assured me he would be here today. He arrived shortly after the original time window. He assessed the problem and I was given several different options to take care of the problem. Within a few minutes he had estimates for each option explaining the benefits of each option. I chose the lifetime warranty and decided to have another door serviced to avoid an additional service call in the future. The technician quickly performed the required repairs and explained all work performed, showing everything that was replaced, explained the warranty, and placed service few on the repaired doors. He was very professional and polite throughout the service call. He explained the invoice and warranty information, sending me an email with all pertinent information. He also told me if I have my problem with the email that I can contact the company office to have another receipt sent to me. He made sure that my garage was clear of any debris and the doors operated correctly. I was thanked for my business and told if there were any problems to please call the office. He was very professional and polite throughout the entire service call. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

I rely on referral services like Angie’s List or Home Advisor to match me with the service pros who can respond to perform the repairs that is needed, especially if I don’t personally know of a reliable contractor. In my case, I needed someone who can fix my garage door closer. Once again, based on customer positive ratings and comments, I selected Precision Garage Door. Their technician, Chad Lahue listened to my description of the problem and proceeded to do his analysis and in a very short time, identified the specific door closer part that was causing the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and voila, problem fixed. Chad was very courteous and was very knowledgeable of his craft. He described the cause of the problem and readily answered all my questions on preventive maintenance. If I encounter other performance issues with my garage doors, Precision Garage Door Services, will be my go to guy in the future! I highly recommend them!

When opening garage door bracket broke...was late afternoon on Friday and when I called got a friendly live person that assisted with setting up my appointment which they were able to accommodate the next day. Dan was my technician and he was very responsive and very helpful. He fixed the bracket so door would function but I decided to order a new door as it was time to replace. So far service has been exceptional and will update once door is installed. Would highly recommend these folks! Richard

The technician Chad was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and replace my 3 garage door motors (quit working after lightning strike) in the same visit. He even tightened up some screws on the track rails. Everything works perfectly 3 weeks later. Great job on responsiveness and service!

Dan arrived and was very professional. He checked my noisy garage door and explained all the issues with it. He never pushed as to what I needed done, but he explained everything. I asked him for a price to replace everything that was wrong, he did so. I told him to do it and replace everything. After he finished he explained warranties, operation and maintenance. I am very pleased I chose Precision Door to take care of my problems before they became worse.

My garage door spring snapped and broke. Called Precision on Monday morning and the tech was at my door in about 30 minutes. Diagnosed the issue and gave me several options that suited me, prices were also reasonable , industry average and the tech (Jerry) was able to put in a discount too. Was very professional and courteous and completed the job efficiently and I had my garage operating smooth and as brand new.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision that evening and arranged for an appointment the next afternoon. Jerry arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and outlined several alternatives. We chose precision because of the five star rating when we googled garage door repair. We were given a two hour time window on the same day but were called within a half hour of our call by the technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes which was great.Kenny gave us clear descriptions of the process and immediately began the 25 point inspection. He then explained the many issues which showed that our original homebuilder had cut some corners on our garage door. He gave me clear options with costs as to what we could do and I approved my choice. I asked when this could be done and he replied he could do it immediately. We were thrilled with that and he began and explained everything when was done. All of the components used by precision were much higher quality then our original equipment including the fact that we have two springs rather than one as there’s a wide garage door. I found the cost reasonable, the service flawless and the rapid response a revelation. I recommend Precision without reservation.

That was a bad start to a morning being locked into my garage because of a broken spring. I did and online inquire into repair and Precision called me back within 5 minutes. They also arrived when they promised. The repairmen were awesome, friendly, polite and professional. I was given 3 options for repairs and I chose the one that would give me a life time warranty on parts. They made the repairs quickly and proficiently. They indeed turned a bad day into a good one and I am free to come and go again with high confidence that this shouldn't happen again and if it does, I am covered for parts.

Denny Gohn arrived at our home when he said he would and quickly diagnosed our problems. He recommended a few options and we chose to replace the entire system.
