Very happy with the service and the tech that came to do the repairs. Chad Lahue was the tech and he was very professional as well as being willing to explain everything that was wrong and how the problem could be fixed. Chad wasn't pushy as to what I as the customer should do. He gave several options explaining each and left the choice tome the customer . I would recommend Precision Door to family.and friends. Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Our garage door spring mechanism broke so we checked online. The reviews for Precision Door were what convinced us. I called and they had someone here that afternoon. Kenny was the technician and he did an awesome job. He was polite, knowledgeable and listed three prices, depending on what we wanted to have done. He did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. I would not hesitate to call Precision Door if we need anything in the future.

Precision went above and beyond! They called within 10 minute of inquiring on their website and had a service tech (Denny) out the next business day! Denny was super polite and informative and gave us different options for fixing our garage door. We decided to replace the opener and the springs he had it switched out super fast and explained to us how everything worked! Also his boss saved him some time by picking up the new opener and dropping it off at our house while Denny installed the other parts. Thought that was pretty cool, you dont see that very often! Would definitely recommend!
