Actual service was good. Arrived on time, worked quickly and all appeared to be complete and professional. Dialogue with the tech was pretty much a prepared sales script, mostly up-selling, etc. He did offer some maintenance tips when done. I asked for price of components, but he did not answer; only offered the prescribed service plans. Even the invoice did not include that, which was bothersome. Price was higher than expected, but did include items I hadn't planned for. Not sure about about recommendations.

Never thought I would need garage door service, though I have seen Precision Garage Door Service advertised on TV. Then it happened, problems with my garage door. I personally checked out the door, rollers, etc. but nothing. Garage door was malfunctioning and I felt it could not be used safely. That is when I remembered the TV ad and why not. I proceeded to call and they sent a service person over to me in a few hours after the call. After a thorough inspection, I was given options on how to fix my garage door problem. Replacing some parts to make it function was put on the table, but I knew this would be a band-aid approach to the problem. Thus I made the decision to replace the whole garage door unit. I was informed they can complete the job the very next day. All I can say, it was just as the ad on TV, they will fix it fast. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service!!! Joseph Picone

Your technicians are not in question, polite, helpful, and professional. However, after just over one year, I would think that your garage door openers would last longer, they are not inexpensive. Technician that worked on my opener, explained to me that the "Board Fried" for some reason. I did buy two for my doors, hopefully the other one last longer than just over one year.

Your service was wonderful. I called earlier today and by later this afternoon your Technician was here. Joshua Finkbeiner was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He listened to me and offered me three options. He was able to install and show me how to use my garage door with a unique ability to communicate this info with patience and knowledge. Thank you for solving a big problem for me. Your technician, Joshua, was very prompt, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend your services. Thank you.

My garage door was in need of repairs, making an unusual noise. I contacted Precision Garage Door, and they came to see what the problem was. They were very professional and courteous. Andonia explained the pros and cons and helped guide me through the process that could correct the problem. I appreciated the fact that no pressure was applied in making a decision. I am looking forward to having a new door installed. After 30 + years, it is time to upgrade.

Terrible communication. I have not had them attempt to reach me since we placed our order, not one time. We ordered our door 11 weeks ago, and I have not had a single person call me. I have had to initiate ALL communication, and at that we still don't know when our garage doors are due to come in (not even an estimated date). It has been 11 weeks since we ordered the doors.

Outstanding and professional service. Arrived with all necessary parts to undertake three different options for the garage door repair. Everything was completed quickly and expertly -- much better operation, quiet, and an external keypad that was not an option before. Highly recommended!
