I contacted Precision because of their rating on Angie's List. I'm glad I did! The phone was answered the first time I called. I scheduled an appointment for the next and within 30 minutes my problem was solve. All the people I dealt with were courteous, professional and helpful.

Ken informed me of his arrival time and showed up exactly on time. He was courteous, personable, and described how he was going to proceed in preparing a quote based on his analysis of the problem and other safety checks. I was provided with a full description of of concerns and three options to address them with no pressure and full answers to my questions. Work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner and presented for my inspection. I was very pleased with the work completed, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I was impressed with Eddie and Kevin's professionalism and ability to diagnose the problem with our garage door opener. They gave us three options from which to choose, but ultimately we found a good deal on a new Craftsman opener at the local Sears and went with that. In spite of the fact that we didn't ultimately use Precision to purchase or install a new opener, they were very nice about it. Eddie gave us his card in case we need to call them again, which we certainly will should the need arise.

Eddie came to my home to give me an estimate for new garage doors and openers - he was prompt, courteous and very helpful. He reviewed several options, pointed out some problems, explained the repairs necessary, and was respectful of my budget. The work has been scheduled, and so far, I am very pleased with their service.

I needed someone to fix my door on a last minute notice. As I was looking online I came across Precision Door and saw they had service 24/7. I was ecstatic to find out they could help me on the same day! Jerry was our service technician and he was at our house within a few hours from when I called. Contacted Precision thru Home Adviser. Response for service request was very quick and an appointment at my convenience was made for the next day. The technician, Eddie, that was dispatched was very personable, professional, an obviously knew his business. Eddie performed a safety check, identified my problem and repaired it quickly. He also provided some suggestions for my consideration for future maintenance. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

Our door spring broke going into the holiday weekend. Jerry came out and did a full inspection on both of our doors. He gave us options for what needed to be repaired. We chose to have both doors serviced and he stayed late into Friday night. Eddie came and helped him and they did excellent work. The doors never sounded better. The service was excellent. We were very satisfied with their commitment and attitude. Thanks.

We got home from vacation and our garage door wouldn't open. Spring was broken. I opened a Valpak coupon mailer and there was a coupon for Precision Door. I called on Sunday afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. I received a detailed text showing me where the tech was in real time. It included the tech's photo and info about him. He and a partner in training arrived on time. They asked questions and provided several options. Fairly priced. In and out within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Your company did a great job! The garage door opener is really quiet. The problem with the old unit was troubleshooted quickly in a way I could understand.
