It finally broke down on a Wednesday night, I contacted Precision after looking around on the web, they seemed to have locations everywhere, The reviews I read were good. They were scheduled to come out the same day I contacted them. Blake Fischer was repairman who came out very professional, he explained the 3 options after inspecting my 15 year Garage door opener. He had the parts already in the Van and explained how long it would take him to replace the opener, and other parts. He was efficient and friendly. He explained how the new system worked. What A Difference! I would recommend them for your next job. I think as a company you let home owners know to check website for coupons on the day of service?
