Very friendly staff, courteous and professional. Walked us through the garage door replacement options, the scope of the project and was able to provide onsite views of our new door via computer program. Did not feel pressured to make decision, Denny was a great rep to work with. Looking forward to same level of service during installation.

Just used Precision to repair/replace a spring on my garage door. The spring broke last night around 6pm. After hours....ugh. Called Precision at around 7pmn and was surprised to find someone would be answering the call. Even more surprised when they said they could be a technician out this morning. With the spring broken it was very hard to open the door. The tech arrived on time this morning having called when he was on his way. Very nice guy. Explained some options. We talked them through and I chose the what I wanted to have done. The work was done quickly. Everything was left clean. The door now works great. Will turn to Precision in the future when I need anything related to our garage doors.

Zack & Chad came out & replaced the opener. They are both skilled & professional - courteous & friendly. Scheduling was easy. Our opener broke on Saturday on Tuesday we had a new one.

If you are looking for a good company to replace or repair your garage doors/openers/garage key pad, I HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They arrived when they said they would, neatly dressed and were VERY knowledgeable about their product. Cody and Silas are the reps that installed our doors. Very happy with the service and the tech that came to do the repairs. Chad Lahue was the tech and he was very professional as well as being willing to explain everything that was wrong and how the problem could be fixed. Chad wasn't pushy as to what I as the customer should do. He gave several options explaining each and left the choice tome the customer . I would recommend Precision Door to family.and friends. Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

My garage door broke first thing in the morning. I called Precision and Nia showed up later that afternoon. He did an outstanding job and completed all the work in just two hours. Everything he did looks and works great. I would recommend to all the Precision garage door company... Great Job.
