I called Precision because of their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. I needed a new seal on the bottom of my door and they came the same day I called but not only that they came prepared with new stripping and did the job right away. Chad was so polite and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your prompt service. I called late morning and had a repairman in site by 3 pm. The repairman, Jordan, was professional and courteous. He relocated some ladders and tools that were where he needed to be to perform repairs. He presented tree options for the repair. I chose to go with a complete overhaul of the mechanical components of the system. In less than two hours he had completed the repair/overhaul. Thanks for your prompt service and a job well done.

Precision responded to our emergency request that we made after hours on Friday evening. They scheduled a technician to evaluate the garage door Saturday late morning. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable & courteous. We were given 3 reasonable repair options with estimates for each option. He completed repairs to the garage door by mid afternoon! Extremely pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!!
