Fortunately, Ryan listened, had good answers and performed a thorough inspection, even after he was told it was working due to my few amateur adjustments. I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Excellent same day service.

Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!

The spring broke on our garage door Saturday night. I googled garage door repair near me and saw Precision. I went online and easily made an appointment for Monday morning. Chad was here by 830. He called me at 8 to give me his ETA. Chad was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out some areas of wear, but was not pushy in trying to upsell. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I won't need Google again for garage door repair. I'll only call Precision.
