Precision Garage Door service did an amazing job evaluating the condition of our garage doors, communicating clearly what was found and getting to work taking care of everything! I had a 10 year old genie screw type garage door opener which was not working properly, and required service. I had used their service a few years ago, and was satisfied with the repair they had done at that time. I contacted Precision this morning, and within 2 hrs their tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The service required was more than I expected, but given the age of the opener, the technician accurately diagnosed multiple problems, repaired and replaced what was needed. Excellent same day service.

Receptionist provided a time slot, name of service man, email came showing who was a coming in advance, and a picture to show who was coming. Service man called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived with a friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem and suggested that a repair was required. Offered the price to cover the total rerpair and listed all the extras that are included. He then gave an estimated time to complete the repair. I agreed and he started to dissemble right away. After installation was complete he showed how to properly operate the new door opener, how to program the unit and all its features. Also kind and courteous. Pictures were taken before and after for office use. Thank you!!

The spring broke on our garage door Saturday night. I googled garage door repair near me and saw Precision. I went online and easily made an appointment for Monday morning. Chad was here by 830. He called me at 8 to give me his ETA. Chad was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out some areas of wear, but was not pushy in trying to upsell. The repair was done quickly and professionally and I won't need Google again for garage door repair. I'll only call Precision.

Our garage door was not staying closed. We checked all the usual things on our own, and it didn't solve the problem, so we decided we needed an expert. After a Google search, we called Precision Garage Door Service, which had great reviews. They sent someone out within just a few hours, which was amazing! Cody arrived at our home and quickly identified the problem. He clearly explained what the issues were and presented us with several options for fixing it. We made our decision, and he installed a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, and wall control unit. We had a smooth (and oh so QUIET) functioning garage door in no time! He even installed a keypad outside our garage, so we can open the garage that way, which is a huge convenience for our kiddo to get in the house after school. He helped us install the app to use for the door as well, which notifies me anytime the door is opened or closed, or if someone is detected in the garage. The new opener even has a camera on it and shows me footage of any garage activity on the app. I felt like a kid at Christmas time after Cody left! I never knew a garage door could bring me so much joy, but I am absolutely in love with the door now. I look forward to going out in my car now just so I can operate the garage door, LOL! When it's time to replace our other garage door opener, we'll definitely be using Precision again. The entire experience from the first phone call to the completion of the repair was fantastic! I highly recommend them.
