Never thought I would need garage door service, though I have seen Precision Garage Door Service advertised on TV. Then it happened, problems with my garage door. I personally checked out the door, rollers, etc. but nothing. Garage door was malfunctioning and I felt it could not be used safely. That is when I remembered the TV ad and why not. I proceeded to call and they sent a service person over to me in a few hours after the call. After a thorough inspection, I was given options on how to fix my garage door problem. Replacing some parts to make it function was put on the table, but I knew this would be a band-aid approach to the problem. Thus I made the decision to replace the whole garage door unit. I was informed they can complete the job the very next day. All I can say, it was just as the ad on TV, they will fix it fast. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service!!! Joseph Picone

Your technicians are not in question, polite, helpful, and professional. However, after just over one year, I would think that your garage door openers would last longer, they are not inexpensive. Technician that worked on my opener, explained to me that the "Board Fried" for some reason. I did buy two for my doors, hopefully the other one last longer than just over one year.

Terrible communication. I have not had them attempt to reach me since we placed our order, not one time. We ordered our door 11 weeks ago, and I have not had a single person call me. I have had to initiate ALL communication, and at that we still don't know when our garage doors are due to come in (not even an estimated date). It has been 11 weeks since we ordered the doors.

I sent an email to Precision after receiving a Receipt for a 50% Deposit to order 2 Garage Door Openers in the amount of $1,060.00. The Receipt showed No Work to be done, -0- amount Total for the work and -0- amount for the $530.00 Check I gave the Repairman. Basically the Receipt was worthless. Its been 2 days and still no response. This is totally unacceptable. They didn't trust me to order the parts without me paying them 50% but they want me to trust them to complete the repair as discussed.

I was very happy with the service that I received. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He told me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the parts ordered. The technician told me how to close the garage door both with and without the use o9f the motor, so I can secure it at night.
