Precision responded to our emergency request that we made after hours on Friday evening. They scheduled a technician to evaluate the garage door Saturday late morning. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable & courteous. We were given 3 reasonable repair options with estimates for each option. He completed repairs to the garage door by mid afternoon! Extremely pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!!

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service when my original garage door was damaged. They are extremely professional, and the service I received was exemplary. My technician was Zach, and his installation work was fantastic. I was told that the job could take up to 5 hours, and he was able to complete the job under that time. Their Customer Service is fantastic. From scheduling to the technician to the supervisor. I was able to get on the schedule the following afternoon, the technician (Henry) called multiple times to keep me updated on his arrival, very considerate of my time. The unit is only a year and a half old, and he quickly troubleshot the issue to the control board not providing power to the safety eyes. Neither part (control board or safety-eye sensors) is covered by the lifetime warranty (motor and belt only). However, he worked with his supervisor Chip and they were generous enough to cover the panel (which only has a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer). I ended up paying for the service call only ($79) not for labor or a new control board, which was very much appreciated. This kind of customer service is why I pay the service fee and stay with this company. I've had 3 technicians provide service over the last year and a half and they are all superb. Thanks, Precision Garage Door!

Excellent service. They are a professional organization from Nick who took my call and scheduled my repair order to Chad who showed up on time and had the door springs replaced in no time at all. He then checked and made adjustments to make the door open more smoothly. It took less than 24 hours from my call till the repair was complete.

It's true what they say about first impressions...I called three garage door service companies....one started by insulting my current brand of garage door opener calling it junk (even if it is, you never start out by insulting your customer's choices!)....another simply ran through a long list of pricing...but Nick was professional, friendly, thanked me for calling, explained they have a fully stocked truck and provide a 25 pt safety inspection included in the $79 flat rate fee for coming out. Plus they are available 24 hours and there was no wait time! My husband met Chad at the site and was very pleased with his service and capability. Wish there were more service companies out there like yours!!
