About as perfect as could be. A tech arrived about three hours after my call, on time and with all the parts needed to fix my garage door. The tech was a real nice person and a credit to the company. He was well trained and made suggestions to improve the door’s operation beyond just replacing the broken spring. It would appear that the replacement parts were of high quality and will last. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door installation or repair.

I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday. I scheduled a visit on line on Monday for exactly the time most convenient for me on Tuesday. It's impossible to overstate the great experience I had with Kody when he came to asses the trouble with my garage door. He was exceptional in every way and did a great job!! It was a total mechanical overhaul to include a motor replacement. Thanks Precision for exceptional service.

The single torsion spring broke last night and dropped the door hard. Kenny showed up on time and provided a recommendation based on experience. He showed me the wear and tear that the 20+ years of use provided. We chose to proactively replace the opener along with moving to two tension springs which is more appropriate for the double door plus replacing all of the rollers and cables and moving the inside closer button to a better location. The doom is incredibly quiet for the first time ever. Total time was around two hours start to finish as he carried all parts with him. Excellent experience & would definitely recommend using Precision again for any garage door repairs!

We had another excellent service call today with Henry. Our garage door opener had malfunctioned on a Saturday, and our car was “imprisoned.” A call late Saturday led to a midday Sunday appointment and Henry took care of our issue in a relatively short time. He was another typically polite service person who was enjoyable to deal with. We’ve been very happy to have established a working relationship with Precision Garage Door Service.

In this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past nothing could be further from the truth with Precision Garage Door Service. From my initial call that was answered by a real person and my technician Chad, everyone was courteous and professional. I called approx 10:00 a.m. and Chad called me with an e.t a. and was right on time. In about 2 hours from my call to Precision I had a technician in my driveway. Chad answered all my questions, gave me my options along with the exact cost and had all the required parts on his truck. He finished the job in a timely manner, demonstrated the door and again asked if I had any questions. He gave me his card and said to call with any questions or concerns. Chad is an asset to his company and I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing service to their garage door or opener.

Our garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and they were here in less than an hour. The problem cured. We are greatly pleased with the quick response and the friendly staff who took the call and the repairman that fixed us up! Note: Two years ago our garage door jumped the track and we called Precision. They were here the same day and had the door working like new. We were very pleased then and that's why we called them again with this recent problem. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable!
