Henry has been an incredible asset to our team and he will certainly leave you as a satisfied customer every time. Prior to working at PDS, Henry had worked in roofing since 2017. He has always been an incredibly valuable tradesman. Henry thoroughly enjoys the work that he does because it is exciting to meet new people every day. He loves being able to support his sons Henry IV, Rocky, and his daughter Ember by doing what he loves. In his downtime, he enjoys watching football and fishing with his sons. He is confident that if you have a garage door problem, he is going to be able to find you a solution that fits your needs. We look forward to Henry getting the privilege to serve you!

The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Scheduling the repairs was easy, an accurate estimate was provided and they did a great job providing information about the upcoming appointment including a picture of the technician that would be performing the repairs. We had a spring break on our garage door over the weekend. Searched online and set up an appointment for the following Monday based on their reviews. Received a call letting me know they had availability on a Sunday and quickly sent a technician. Henry assessed the situation and presented my options. Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thoroughly checked the door, greased and reprogrammed. Back in service in no time. Highly recommend for their level of professionalism, courtesy and being able to repair on a weekend !! Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.

Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.

Precision Garage Door provided service for us quickly and efficiently. The garage door broke, we called Precision Garage who dispathed a technician within 2 hours. Henry our techician arrived, he was professional, knowlegable and friendly. He swiftly remedied our garage door issue and recomended future remedial actions for us which was much appreciated. Your rep was very helpful, unfortunately, he could not find a remote that was compatible with my existing opener since it was installed in 1992. He did go over some options if I decided to purchase a new system. All I really need at this time is 2 new remotes, since I only have one and I am not really having problems with my garage door opener itself. I will wait and see if I decide to purchase a whole new system.

Precision was wonderful to work with. They were at our house on a Sunday afternoon just an hour after booking an appointment online. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They gave different levels of options for how to best address the problem at different price points. They warrantied our repairs for 10 years. Excellent customer service.
