Our garage door only closed 1/4 of the way then retreated to full open. We have seen many commercials for Precision Door lately and gave them a call. Within a few hours we had a name and review of Zachary Shope who would be servicing us. He gave us a 24 point checklist of an inspection and fully explained our issue with rollers and cable. All were replaced. Personable and precise with explanation of issues and how he corrected them. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and concise young man. Would call Precision Door with any and all issues again. Prompt service, great technician and quick receipt. Nice to know we can trust this company. He was extremely honest. Many thanks.

Our garage door spring broke and was loud. We had seen many Precision door signs in our town and called for repair. We had someone at our house within 2 hours. We replace everything but the door (for now). Service was efficient and handle timely. I would 100% refer friends, neighbors and family!

Very prompt service from Zachary Shope and he stayed until the 2 garage door openers were installed. He first inspected the old ones and then proceeded to explain my options for new installations. After 30 years with the original openers, I needed cables,openers,rollers,etc. I agreed to the new installations and elected Option #3.; he started the job and didn't end until he reviewed everything to our satisfaction. The Precision Company has really quiet openers and excellent employees.

A+++ from start to finish. Called at 7am and the (live) phone service was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave me several options for time of repair to fit my schedule. The same day!! Zachary Shope was the service tech that came out to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of what was needed to get my 25 year old garage door back in great working order after blowing out a cable/spring. He presented me with 3 options at 3 different price points. He was able to do the job onsite with a fully stocked van. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work he performed and made sure I was satisfied before signing off on completed job. Precision will be my go to for all my garage door related work from this point forward and Zachary will be the tech I ask for.

Zachary Shope was our technician. He was very knowledgeable & informative. He did your twenty-five (25) point inspection before he gave us the estimate for the originally requested work of replacing the torsion spring(s). He reviewed the problems found during the inspection, all except one (1). On the emailed report, which we reviewed after he departed, he noted that the door bottom weather seal failed, which we previously knew, & would have liked him to replace while he was here, but just plain forgot to ask him about while he was here. After Zach left we called your tele. # & spoke with Kiley. She told us to get the seal replaced would cost us another service call fee of $79.00. We were hoping to just order the seal, & have it installed when, sometime in the future, Zach, or another tech, was in the area, hoping to avoid the service fee. She said that could not happen. So, because of a lack of communication on my part, I guess we are SOL. Zach service was excellent, & I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you, Monte L. Bordner

Spring broke on our garage door when out with friends and when we came home could not get the garage door opened. We called and were able to get an appointment the very next day. A cable on my garage door was broken, so I could not open it. The repairman showed me that there were also other issues that needed addressed, so he also installed new rails. It now works very smoothly.
