Nia has been a professional carpenter since 2010 and even owned his own appliance delivery company from 2016 to 2019. He came to PDS with a wealth of knowledge under his belt and has only continued to grow since then. Not only does he have a great amount of expertise, but takes great pride in his personable approach and outstanding rapport among customers. In his own words, “We are a family oriented company. No employee or customer is just a number.” As a family man himself, Nia works hard to provide for his wife Courtney, and sons Xaiden and Grayson who are his pride and joy. When he is not at work or spending time with his family, he is investing in real estate or serving his community as a wrestling coach for students at Central Dauphin. Overall a great experience. It's so rare these days to have a repair service come out the same day you call and actually have the parts needed to do the job. The tech was fast and courteous. I had a really great experience. Had a door opener problem. I called and they sent someone out within an hour! Nia came explained what could be causing the issue. He did some troubleshooting. Told me the problem. Needed a new motor. Quoted a price. Asked if that was what I wanted to do. Went to work right away. Finished in a short amount of time. Then went over how everything works. VERY excellent encounter! Will definitely call them for any future problems. And will highly recommend to friends.

Nia called before arriving and arrived right when he said he would on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and laid out the best options. The first technician that came out to diagnose the issue was Andonia. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was. A new transmitter was ordered. A week later Carcen was out for the installation of the new transmitter, he was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything worked. Also Nick who always answered the phone when I called, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener had not been working properly for some time, but one day my husband didn't notice the door was not completely open, and backed into it. We were able to get it back on track, but were now having more difficulty getting the door open and closed. A repair technician was scheduled to be at our house within an hour of my call for service. Nia was the technician who came to our house. He was prompt, pleasant, professional, extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my many questions. He gave us multiple ideas of how we could repair our problem, but we opted to replace both the door and the opener, as they were dated and no longer working efficiently, and we felt the replacement costs were reasonable. Nia explained it takes time for a new door to be made and delivered, but he immediately installed the new opener so the old door is functional in the meantime. We are completely satisfied with our new door opener, and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.
