Kenny is a great team player both in the community and in the PDS family of which he has been a part of since we opened our doors in 2019. Before PDS, he had worked as a glazer at Zephyr Aluminum for 2 years. He is an extremely skilled tradesman and technician. He loves working with his high caliber coworkers at PDS and looks forward to using his skills and knowledge to help those around him. Kenny loves spending time with his wife Serena as well as his daughters London and Eden. He is most passionate about serving his community as a young adult ministry leader and active member of his church. Kenny aims to serve each customer the way Jesus would. We cannot wait for you to experience Kenny’s elite customer service and servant’s heart!

The staff was very professional.He was very clear in the information I needed so I can make the decision I needed to make. All the mechanical parts and motor were replaced. The work was done in a very short period. The doors are working great and go up and down with very little noise. If you want it done right get Precision to do it.

I called late in the afternoon and got an appointment the very first thing the next morning. They said between 8 & 10AM. The tech arrived a few minutes after 8 and more door was fixed and the tech gone before 9. I was so happy with a stress free experience. This is the first time I've had an issue since the installation over 2 years ago. This problem was caused by a thunder storm overnight which caused a loss of power. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Precision Door

Our Rep was excellent . He found the problem almost immediately and managed to get our door closed. He arranged for the new panel to be ordered as well as a new garage door opener. We are hoping to get this repair work and new installation done as quick as possible.

We needed our garage door repaired quickly. Precision had a repairman out in two hours. Kenny the repairman explained our options and did a great job fixing the problem. Unbelievably, shortly after Kenny left, the second garage door broke. He was able to return and fix this problem as well. Amazing service and knowledgeable serviceman.

Precisión is an outstanding company. Called them yesterday because my keypad and both remotes did not work due to a power outage. Spoke with Denny Gohn who walked me through a short process to try to fix it but it still didn’t work so he scheduled an appointment for me this morning with Kenny Dyson. He showed up at the exact scheduled time, listened to my concerns and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. A truly professional young man who knows his business. I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Doors. Made an appointment for one day but my daughter who just had a baby didn’t wake up to accommodate Precision. Called and scheduled again when I could be available. Kenny scheduled me when I was available and was thorough with the diagnosis of my problem. He and his fellow worker fixed my problem and made my life with the garage door satisfactory again. Precision was professional, courteous and efficient. Excellent job. Had a broken spring - and had burned out the motor on our existing garage opener as a result. I unsuccessfully tried a DIY repair. 5 hours later, still not working right. They came and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and drums and put in a new opener in under 2 hours. Garage door works perfectly and is much quieter now with the new rollers. I called Friday they came out Monday - very timely and efficient.

I called Precision Door to ask about a possible check-up on our old garage doors (which had never been serviced). Imagine my surprise when Jennifer told me that Kenny would be able to come between 2 and 5 the same day. Kenny went above and beyond in his service. He evaluated the current garage doors, told us of both good and potential features of the existing package, and offered three options - all without any "hard sell" tactics. We chose one of the options and he worked to complete the job within three hours. He even helped us make sure our cars opened the new doors before he left. Hello, I had a very good experience with Precision Door Service. The technician was early. He showed me the problems with our garage door and gave me 3 options to choose from. He performed the service in a little over an hour and afterwards he explained and showed me what he did. Kenny was friendly and was very knowledgeable. When my decades old garage door finally broke, I dreaded the repair process. However, just a few minutes of internet research was all it took to convince me that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company for the job! Despite calling in the evening hours, their friendly team was able to schedule a next day appointment. The receptionist took the time to understand the type of repair work required and clearly explained the process in detail. Kenny Dyson called me the next day well within the appointment window to explain that he was running behind on schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when he called again a short time later to let me know that he was on the way! While Kenny ultimately arrived on time, his professionalism in letting me know about a possible delay made me feel valued as a customer. After inspecting the garage door, he quickly gave me an acceptable quote and I was charged accordingly with no hidden fees. Kenny replaced all of the hardware on my existing door with lightning speed and precision. More importantly, he took the time afterwards to show me his work and ask if I had any questions. Our garage door spring mechanism broke so we checked online. The reviews for Precision Door were what convinced us. I called and they had someone here that afternoon. Unfortunately, this is the second time we have had to call this company in re: to an issue with our garage door/garage door opener. Great customer service-called this am, service this afternoon. I love how they give an approximate time of service, call before arriving (early!) and explain everything that is going on. This is the second time we have had Kenny come out to do work for us-he is so pleasant and very thorough. He gave us all possible options to repair the issue at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service and we will continue to be repeat customers as needed!!

Our garage door broke in the morning. We called Precision Door and they said a technician could be out today between 4-6 pm. They called back and asked if we would like a technician earlier, as one was available. We were lucky enough to have Kenny Dyson as our technician. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and had our problem fixed in a very quick period of time. We were truly lucky to have seen a TV ad for Precision Door. We have never been this impressed with any other company from start to finish. We cannot give Kenny Dyson enough accolades for both his expertise and his professionalism. Our garage door has NEVER worked as well as it is now.
