Kenny is a great team player both in the community and in the PDS family of which he has been a part of since we opened our doors in 2019. Before PDS, he had worked as a glazer at Zephyr Aluminum for 2 years. He is an extremely skilled tradesman and technician. He loves working with his high caliber coworkers at PDS and looks forward to using his skills and knowledge to help those around him. Kenny loves spending time with his wife Serena as well as his daughters London and Eden. He is most passionate about serving his community as a young adult ministry leader and active member of his church. Kenny aims to serve each customer the way Jesus would. Kenny is friendly and professional. He replaced my broken cables and replaced a new spring for my garage door. He also re-adjusted the chain of the garage opener because it was loose. The customer service was great too. When I contacted with Precision on the website, they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment on the next day.

Precision responded to our emergency request that we made after hours on Friday evening. They scheduled a technician to evaluate the garage door Saturday late morning. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable & courteous. We were given 3 reasonable repair options with estimates for each option. He completed repairs to the garage door by mid afternoon! Extremely pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!!

I actually chose Precision because of the coupon in my mail flyer, BBB rated, but once I listened to my technician, Kenny Dyson, I knew I had made the right call. Kenny explained everything to me in a way I could totally understand. He told me the options I had to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. This put me in control of what I wanted to do. Once he reviewed everything he found with me I had my gut feeling which option I was going to go with and I felt good about it. Kenny is calm and patient and there was no trace of any kind of sales gimmick or pressure. I was just given the facts and could go from there. My garage door is 15 years old and was loud and ratchety. When Kenny finished work on my door it literally glided and purred. Then Kenny carried a 50 lb. bag of solar salt pellets from my shed into my house for me! These are obviously highly trained and honest people.

Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. Great company to work with! Easy to schedule an appointment, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how he started with a safety check of the door and opener. He then gave us three options for fixing our door with no pressure or hard sell to accept any of them. Between fixing the spring and making adjustments, the door works better and is a lot quieter!

I had a great experience with Precision. They came to my house to fix my garage door within a day when the company I have been working with for 25 years told me they couldn't come to replace the springs for 9 days. I liked that Kenny gave me 3 options for repairs & replace the motor due to it's age. Kenny also was kind enough to put my mom's car back in our garage due to it raining hard when he was finished. I called early afternoon in regards to a garage door opener repair/ replacement. Nick said that he would send a tech out later that same day. At 3 PM Kenny arrived. After listening to me describe the problem and performing his own inspection, I was presented with several options that I could choose from to proceed. My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. Kenny came and gave me options for repairing my door........... and in not much more than an hour I was all fixed up!!!!! Kenny Dyson did a good job diagnosing our problem, but considering he only had to tape a broken wire to detect and repair the problem, which took a half hour max, $109 labor seems a bit excessive. But the problem is fixed for now, so thank you.
