Josh has worked with us since 2023, but his extensive knowledge of the trades expands far beyond garage doors, as he has been working in framing for several years before this. He enjoys working at Precision because the team has fun while pushing one another to be the best they can be. He works hard to support his amazing wife Amanda, and their daughter Linae. When he is not at work, you can find him golfing, hiking, disc golfing, or studying theology. Further, he serves his community as a Sunday school teacher for his church. He loves the Lord, works as hard as possible, and loves to make other people smile. He is looking forward to making you smile when he fixes your garage door quicker than you thought possible! I had a quick response to get an appointment. My nephew referred me to you as a low cost good garage door company. He also had 1960 door. He had a low cost. I was given $1500 plus for 4 new straps.. The two straps were not needed but the finished job needed afew wheels and the job cost me $1500 plus anyway.. My nephew paid $400/ Joshua did good. I had to do WD40 to get a smooth roll, He informed me what he was doing well prompt and pleasant. Price too high

Sudden failure of a garage door spring at 2pm led to a search for a company that could fix it. Precision was my first call based on their google reviews and promised to have someone out to the house between 4 & 6 pm. Josh arrived at 430pm, assessed the job, offered 3 very clear options with the pros and cons of each and at what we considered to be fair pricing. We chose a complete rebuild of the opener system and by 730pm it was installed, operating and demonstrated. Pleasant people, who do what they say, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.

This company is terrific. From the first phone call to get service to the end of the service. The spring broke on our garage door on Friday evening, trapping our car for the weekend. I called another company and left a message and also on their website. I heard back this morning. In the meantime I found your website and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing today. I scheduled it and Josh showed up before 8:30 this morning. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of our options. We chose the more comprehensive service and are pleased with the work that Josh did. Our garage door technician, Josh Finkbeiner was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to repair my garage door and did it in a timely manner. He provided me with options (financially) and I trusted him with helping me make a decision on what should be done. I lost my husband last year, and having to make these decisions on my own is most difficult. I was thankful for Josh's input and guidance. He was also very tidy in everything he did and even wiped down the inside and outside of my garage door where he may have left handprints. I am blessed to know that my garage door has a life-time warrantee.

My garage door would not operate. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 4 and 6. At exactly 5 o’clock the nicest guy showed up, got out of the truck, diagnosed my door problems and had it smoothly working again in a little over an hour. He was one of the most cordial techs I have encountered. All I can say is that if every company in America ran as well as Precision seems to, this country’s issues would be cured.
