Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh as well as his three dogs and six cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. We saw good reviews and decided to give Precision a try. We were scheduled for Monday, but they moved our appt up to Saturday. We were so pleased with Jerry. He explained what was wrong with our door and the fee to fix it. With the age of our door, we decided to get a new door. All charges for Saturday will be included in the price of the new door. And, Jerry fixed our problem until the new door gets here. Very reputable and up front company!

Do not go to precision, they are just money makers. I paid $60 for them to look at my door to tell me my cost to get it fixed. Lets just say it was outrageous. I called a few local companies who did the exact same job with the same repair parts for less than half the cost. DO NOT waste your money here

I cannot say enough! I called Precision on Monday Morning, around 9. I explained my problem and was told that someone would be at my house between 1-3. Around 11 AM, I received a call from Jerry. He said his schedule was behind and told me he was going to be late. I think this is the first time that has happened before my scheduled time. It is Covid and I am working from home so not a problem. When he was leaving his last job before mine he called and said he was on his way.... after normal working hours. Jerry came, explained the problem and fixed it. Great customer service and a job well done! He replaced springs and rollers and some other things.

I found Precision online after trying to contact the company that had originally installed our door two times with no call back. The motor had been burned out during a storm and the technician gave us several choices of replacement products. After careful explanation of the pros and cons of each new motor, my husband and I decided on one and not too long after that we had a working garage door once again. Jerry was great, polite and professional. He presented several options and was knowledgeable as he thoroughly explained them. He worked hard servicing or replacing almost everything but the door and now my garage door opens faster, quieter and is much safer! Nobody likes spending money on garage repairs, especially now, but I'm glad I did and Jerry made it a great experience.

Excellent, professional service! Quick response to my early morning phone call. The office staff gathered my information and scheduled a technician immediately. I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!
