Henry has been an incredible asset to our team and he will certainly leave you as a satisfied customer every time. Prior to working at PDS, Henry had worked in roofing since 2017. He has always been an incredibly valuable tradesman. Henry thoroughly enjoys the work that he does because it is exciting to meet new people every day. He loves being able to support his children Rocky, Ember, SJ, and Zara by doing what he loves. In his downtime, he enjoys working on old Fords and spending time with his family. He is confident that if you have a garage door problem, he is going to be able to find you a solution that fits your needs. Henry enjoys continuously learning new things of the garage door trade and witnessing first hand how that knowledge can help others. We look forward to Henry getting the privilege to serve you!

Came home at 5:00, to my garage door not going up. Called Precision and they came out the next day. Henry was very professional and explained everything. I just had everything replaced. Spring, rollers, cable. Good for 10 years now. Had all the parts with him.

Henry did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, evaluated the existing condition of both doors, explained what he would recommend, answered all my questions professionally and provided a cost estimate then got to work. The entire time to do the work was about an hour and the doors operate like new and are very quiet. Very happy with Precision, who service our doors in New Jersey. Glad you are here in Pennsylvania. Could not be happier! Within 2 hours of requesting an appointment, my garage door was repaired and up & running! Henry, our technician explained the problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner which allowed me to make an educated choice from the options presented (which also involved working with our home warranty company). Henry was prompt, polite, courteous, patient and accommodating as I communicated with the home warranty company and obtaining their approval. The name “Overhead Door” has a national reputation for excellence. I googled to find one near York Pa. Then I went to your website. While my repairs were not an emergency, the statement same day service attracted further interest. When I called and was told a technician could be here within a couple of hours I agreed. Serviceman Henry was exceptional communicating my doors issue’s and proposed 3 solutions for me to choose from. The quality of the work Henry did proved to be extraordinary. From our first call on a Thursday to set up an appointment, the gentleman from Precision Central PA was kind,helpful and expeditious. The first technician, Henry, arrived within a couple hours to access the situation. Henry was very kind a d knowledgeable. We set an appointment for the following Monday. It was a snowy day. We received a courtesy call ft to let us know the tech may be running a bit late due to the weather. However, we soon received a call from Zach to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving in a half hour if we agreed. Zach did a great job installing a new motor and system to replace our 40 plus year old system. Zach was very kind pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with Precision all around! We love our new motor system remotes! Thank you for a Great job Precision!

Henry came out today to fix a problem I was having with my garage door keypad. He reprogrammed it, as well as fixed some other items after discussing with me first. Henry was incredibly efficient; everything was completed and tested by both of us to insure all was working perfectly before leaving. It was a ridiculously cold morning so I give him, as well as all your other technicians, kudos for doing such great work under these conditions.

My initial call was for a "tune up" of the existing (but very old) garage door opener. The technician (Henry) was prompt and explained what was going on with my ancient opener. He offered and explained several solutions (quick fixes up to replacement) - I opted for a new opener system since mine was from 1993! He also called in backup help to expedite the process and was done in about 2 hours arrival to departure. Very good & friendly company that I highly recommend!

My time estimate was 12 to 2. Henry called at 12 and said he would be here by 12:30. He arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly. He asked about the problem and then checked out the door. He gave me a repair price and said it would take him about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to make the repairs. When he finished he showed me what he had done and made sure everything was working before he left. I would definitely use this company again

The entire experience with Precision DoorPA was a novelty in today’s marketplace. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and actually spoke English. Called Saturday (wasn’t an emergency repair). Tech (Henry Storm) was scheduled for Sunday. Henry Called and asked to if he could come earlier then scheduled appointment - absolutely ! Your prices are much higher than your competitors in this area. I decided to go with someone else. Also I was unable to get an estimate over the phone therefore I had to pay a $79 service fee to just say no. I feel that this practice is detrimental to the consumer and I will not be calling or recommending your company to friends or family.
