Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh as well as his three dogs and six cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. We are excited for you to experience Jerry’s high caliber customer service and desire to do what it takes to leave you satisfied at your future visit with us!

My garage door spring snapped and broke. Called Precision on Monday morning and the tech was at my door in about 30 minutes. Diagnosed the issue and gave me several options that suited me, prices were also reasonable , industry average and the tech (Jerry) was able to put in a discount too. Was very professional and courteous and completed the job efficiently and I had my garage operating smooth and as brand new.

Garage door spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision that evening and arranged for an appointment the next afternoon. Jerry arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and outlined several alternatives. We selected the best one for us and he performed the repairs/replacement that afternoon,explained our new equipment operations and left two very satisfied customers.

Called in the morning, appointment set up between 12 and 2. Tech arrived at 1. Reviewed our concerns with him. He checked all pieces and parts of the garage door and opener. He then went over everything with us. We chose to go with a new and quiet opener. Installation was completed the same day. Tech explained all the workings of the opener and programmed the Home Link in the car. Very processional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely call this company for your garage door and garage opener needs!

Scheduled same day service. Serviceman called to ask if it was ok to come earlier than scheduled. Very professional and personable. He looked the job over and explained everything and options to fix. Then went to work and door now works perfectly. Very happy with work.

Monday before Christmas one of the springs broke. I tried to move the door but is was crooked in the tracks and I couldn’t move it. Thursday after Christmas I called Precision and they came the next morning. My house is 22 years old so the technician did a full inspection and showed me quite a few upgrades to consider for the repair. He gave me three cost options, good, better, best to get the door operating again. I chose the better(midrange cost) and he completed the job in under 2 hours. I’m very pleased with the response, the service, and the technician.

Not entirely sure where I got the number from, but I called at noon and the service technician was at my house by 4. He explained what the issues were to my wife and I, laid out our options to us, and had everything back together and working in under 2 hrs. I needed someone to fix my door on a last minute notice. As I was looking online I came across Precision Door and saw they had service 24/7. I was ecstatic to find out they could help me on the same day! Jerry was our service technician and he was at our house within a few hours from when I called. Jerry Eldreth diagnosed the trouble with my 17yr old garage door. It was limping along after all those years without service. In a matter of a few hours, Jerry installed a new motor and converted the drive from chain to belt with a tension coil operating system. Thorough and professional describe the service and customer-first approach. 5 star

We had a problem getting a tech there at all or within the specified time. Once someone showed up we ended up getting a whole new motor, rollers etc. and keypad. Tech tried his best after being sent here unexpectedly and worked hard until 7.30 p.m., the original time frame was 12-2. Tech was very pleasant and knew his stuff.

Very good to work with. Did not push to get new door from them, just designed the door we wanted at a good price. My door spring had broken 2 days before he came and fixed it on the spot before he left. As we have a special needs child and through the garage is the quickest way out of house. Thanks very much.
