Thank you for providing me the feeling of safety. I installed a new garage door and was just completely unsure that I had it all installed correctly. I was looking for an expert to pass or fail my installation. According to Jerry, I did a pretty good job, there were a few adjustments needed overall. Jerry was very knowledgeable with garage doors and troubleshooting problem issues. I still have a few issues; however, Jerry explained what I need to do and watch out for. I plan to have a technician back again when I have electricity so the door opener can be installed; and again, after the new leveling floor is installed to adjust the spring and cables. Also, Jerry is a very nice man, professional, and an asset to your company. Best wishes.

When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I was having some problems with my remotes and happened to get a Valpak coupon in the mail. I called and they sent Jerry out and he did a wonderful job.
