Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh, son Elijah, as well as his four dogs and five cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. We are excited for you to experience Jerry’s high caliber customer service and desire to do what it takes to leave you satisfied at your future visit with us!

Thank you for providing me the feeling of safety. I installed a new garage door and was just completely unsure that I had it all installed correctly. I was looking for an expert to pass or fail my installation. According to Jerry, I did a pretty good job, there were a few adjustments needed overall. Jerry was very knowledgeable with garage doors and troubleshooting problem issues. I still have a few issues; however, Jerry explained what I need to do and watch out for. I plan to have a technician back again when I have electricity so the door opener can be installed; and again, after the new leveling floor is installed to adjust the spring and cables. Also, Jerry is a very nice man, professional, and an asset to your company. Best wishes.

When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and I give my experience with them a rating of Super, Solid, Gold!
