Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh, son Elijah, as well as his four dogs and five cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. Jerry Eldreth explained that what had happened to our opener was a common problem caused by thunderstorms. He arrived earlier than expected and promptly completed the diagnosis. All that was required was a reprogramming of the opener travel much to our relief.

Great customer service experience from the first phone call to the final repairs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately identified and problems and explained them clearly. Very efficient and friendly technician. One small complaint and it's a general one, not directed at Precision, but why do companies put stickers on owners' property or walls without first asking?

We recently had need to have Precision door come to our home to repair an issue we were having open/closing the door.The technician,Jerry arrived on time.He ask me to describe the issue. He explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us the price before starting. Jerry examined our door and opener, diagnosed and corrected the problem. Used your service a few years ago for a broken spring. Jerry did the work then and did the work yesterday to replace the gear shaft in the Lift Chamberlain opener. Again, Jerry did excellent work and I'm sure you consider him an asset to your company. Jerry Eldreth was courteous and professional. The last panel on the garage door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, it appeared I would need a new garage door installed. Jerry explained the options offered in detail then repaired the door - sealed it underneath, straightened the panel to help it close better - as I await a new door. This gave me a great sense of relief and I was quite impressed with the end result. My appointment was scheduled for 8a.m., on 12/16, for a broken tension bar spring. The installer, Jerry, called 20 minutes ahead of appointment, and arrived on time. He inspected all my equipment and showed me concerns, with old and potential defective parts. After giving me 3 different quote options, I chose my option, all the work was done in a professional manor. The final product was completed under 4 hours and I am overjoyed with the results. I recommend Precision Door Services and will be using them in the future.
