Chad is our Lead Technician here at PDS and in your first encounter with him, you will understand why. Not only is he the man who does it all, he can execute the tasks associated with each of his titles at a level of professionalism that will exceed your expectations. It is no wonder that he has been with the company since we first opened in 2019. To him, fixing your garage door is not just a job; it’s his way of serving the community. Previous to his start at PDS, he had been in professional carpentry for several years. With each job he completes, he cannot wait to see the smile on the customer’s face when they get to see their new and improved door. When Chad is not making customer’s smile, he is spending time with his wife and daughters, playing disc golf, working on his card collection, going on vacation and taking long walks on the beach with his family. Chad wants you to know that he is down to earth and excited to work together with you to find the solution that suits your family best!

I am very pleased with the service your company has provided. You have a professional appearing informational website when I Googled garage door repairs. Your phone receptionist was professional and accommodating. Your service man arrived within the realm of expected hours. He was personable, professional, and maintained a social distance. He provided essential information to enable me to make an appropriate selection in regards to the degree of repairs. He conducted himself in an efficient and timely manner, showed me the particular replacement parts that were used, which were of a far better quality than what was originally installed on my garage door 15 or 20 or 30 years ago. Chad completed the repairs very well, my garage door has never gone up and down so smoothly, and I know I don't have to fear broken garage door return springs anytime soon. I am very pleased with the quality of your repairs, and the way that your repair persons conduct themselves. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they offer same day service. I called and was thanked for calling the business asked what the problem was and given an appointment window. I w was called by the service tech prior to this window and was told that he was running late but assured me he would be here today. He arrived shortly after the original time window. He assessed the problem and I was given several different options to take care of the problem. Within a few minutes he had estimates for each option explaining the benefits of each option. I chose the lifetime warranty and decided to have another door serviced to avoid an additional service call in the future. The technician quickly performed the required repairs and explained all work performed, showing everything that was replaced, explained the warranty, and placed service few on the repaired doors. He was very professional and polite throughout the service call. He explained the invoice and warranty information, sending me an email with all pertinent information. He also told me if I have my problem with the email that I can contact the company office to have another receipt sent to me. He made sure that my garage was clear of any debris and the doors operated correctly. I was thanked for my business and told if there were any problems to please call the office. He was very professional and polite throughout the entire service call. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

I rely on referral services like Angie’s List or Home Advisor to match me with the service pros who can respond to perform the repairs that is needed, especially if I don’t personally know of a reliable contractor. In my case, I needed someone who can fix my garage door closer. Once again, based on customer positive ratings and comments, I selected Precision Garage Door. Their technician, Chad Lahue listened to my description of the problem and proceeded to do his analysis and in a very short time, identified the specific door closer part that was causing the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and voila, problem fixed. Chad was very courteous and was very knowledgeable of his craft. He described the cause of the problem and readily answered all my questions on preventive maintenance. If I encounter other performance issues with my garage doors, Precision Garage Door Services, will be my go to guy in the future! I highly recommend them!

I chose this company based on the ratings and proximity. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and informative. The service person who came was the same. He explained in detail what was wrong with garage door opener and also presented visual description of all service and price options. Fortunately he was able to complete the work at the same appointment. The problem required extensive replacement and I believe the price was reasonable for the job. I was pleased with the work and his helpfulness. I will definitely call this company again.

I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple options and prices were presented and explained with clarity. Both doors were completed in a couple hours. I was very impressed and I am extremely satisfied. What started off to be a 'fix' of one of our garage doors turned out to be replacing both (believe me, they needed it), including the hardware to Precision's own heavy duty line. Chad L. was sent out to us for the fix & he turned into our consultative salesman...without the pressure. He spent a lot of time with us & wasn't in the least bit pushy; he was willing to work with us whatever we decided, whether it was to be a repair or not. Being on the tail end of winter, rather than ~2 weeks to wait it was closer to 4...but when Zack Y came out to do the installation, he was done with the work in the amount of time he said (4-6 hours). We love our new garage doors! They're attractive, have a better R-value than the original & the heavy duty hardware makes less work for the garage door openers, for sure. All in all, a great experience! I will most certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone....nice work, fellas!
