I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they offer same day service. I called and was thanked for calling the business asked what the problem was and given an appointment window. I w was called by the service tech prior to this window and was told that he was running late but assured me he would be here today. He arrived shortly after the original time window. He assessed the problem and I was given several different options to take care of the problem. Within a few minutes he had estimates for each option explaining the benefits of each option. I chose the lifetime warranty and decided to have another door serviced to avoid an additional service call in the future. The technician quickly performed the required repairs and explained all work performed, showing everything that was replaced, explained the warranty, and placed service few on the repaired doors. He was very professional and polite throughout the service call. He explained the invoice and warranty information, sending me an email with all pertinent information. He also told me if I have my problem with the email that I can contact the company office to have another receipt sent to me. He made sure that my garage was clear of any debris and the doors operated correctly. I was thanked for my business and told if there were any problems to please call the office. He was very professional and polite throughout the entire service call. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

I rely on referral services like Angie’s List or Home Advisor to match me with the service pros who can respond to perform the repairs that is needed, especially if I don’t personally know of a reliable contractor. Their technician, Chad Lahue listened to my description of the problem and proceeded to do his analysis and in a very short time, identified the specific door closer part that was causing the problem. I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. What started off to be a 'fix' of one of our garage doors turned out to be replacing both (believe me, they needed it), including the hardware to Precision's own heavy duty line. Chad L. was sent out to us for the fix & he turned into our consultative salesman...without the pressure. He spent a lot of time with us & wasn't in the least bit pushy; he was willing to work with us whatever we decided, whether it was to be a repair or not. Being on the tail end of winter, rather than ~2 weeks to wait it was closer to 4...but when Zack Y came out to do the installation, he was done with the work in the amount of time he said (4-6 hours). We love our new garage doors! They're attractive, have a better R-value than the original & the heavy duty hardware makes less work for the garage door openers, for sure. All in all, a great experience! I will most certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone....nice work, fellas!
