Zach has been an asset to the “trades world” for several years with multiple years experience as a VW technician, mechanic, and electrical experience before lending his expertise to Precision Door. As Zach himself puts it “Safe garage doors mean safe people.” That’s what we are all about here at PDS, taking care of the comfortability and safety of our community; a core value that Zach exhibits with ease. In his time off, Zach enjoys taking care of his two cats, and working on cars. He is grateful to have a supportive girlfriend to stand by his side and encourage him in his other interests as well such as music and history. As such a well rounded man himself, Zach wants to make sure you feel valued as an individual, not just another customer. He looks forward to serving you soon!

Fantastic! Your website is so easy to use and scheduling with the chat option was a breeze. The repairman arrived early after calling me for that option. He explained my 3 options in great detail and showed me exactly what needed repaired. I'll be rescheduling for a door upgrade soon. I wouldn't use any other repair company - this is the best!

I was scheduled for a service call very quickly. Zach the service technician diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed in less than an hour. He also inspected the door and explained every item with me. Very good visit overall until…….after he left I looked the parts up online. Precision charged $200 for the parts and they are available on Amazon for $17. Total gouging by this company. I understand they have to make some money off the parts but that’s a little ridiculous.
