Jordan has been a garage door technician since 2022 but his expanse of talents and experience reaches much further back. He has been a personal trainer since 2014 so he is no stranger to service and individualized quality customer care. He chose to join the Precision Door crew after experiencing the great people who work here and create an encouraging work environment. He’d like to mention the special people in his life that motivate him to work hard including seven brothers, one niece, and two sets of twin nephews! When he is not at work, he is relaxing with some of his favorite hobbies including golfing, gaming, and yard games like cornhole and darts! He invests in his community by working as a referee at High Schools for Youth Basketball. He wants you to know that above all else, the service provided to the customer will always be put first above all else. *Jordan’s favorite riddle: “What is so fragile that it can be broken just by saying its name?” … “silence.”

Jordan, was a great technician, very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my "homeowner" questions, and did not seem to get annoyed in the least. He explained the choices thoroughly, where the repair was concerned. When you have someone in a service industry, that enjoys what they do, you can really tell. Having good people performing your service, after already being stressed about the need to have the service, is a great thing. He performed an analysis and prevented me with multiple options and varying price ranges. He made recommendations, but there was no pressure or salesmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door! I liked the reviews for them and that they offered late afternoon appointments. I was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my door the next day! Jordan Bair was the one who came out to figure out why my garage door stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to answer my questions, and he was able to replace the entire opener within an hour! Thank you Jordan!

Very professional. Emailed the information on who would be coming for the repair. Called 20 minutes prior to arriving to my home for the scheduled time. Gave me several options for the repair. Thank you for your prompt service. I called late morning and had a repairman in site by 3 pm. The repairman, Jordan, was professional and courteous. He relocated some ladders and tools that were where he needed to be to perform repairs. He presented tree options for the repair. I chose to go with a complete overhaul of the mechanical components of the system. In less than two hours he had completed the repair/overhaul. Thanks for your prompt service and a job well done.
