Rick is a well seasoned technician as his expertise surpasses just garage doors with over 25 years of experience in carpentry, 8 years in heavy equipment and truck operation/maintenance, and 3 years as a PC IT Technician. Rick takes pride in getting the job done right the first time and seeing customers light up when they see their new or repaired garage doors. Rick’s biggest supporter is his wife of 7 years who encourages him in both his work and other hobbies such as working with radio controlled planes, Arduino Circuit projects, and PC maintenance and repairs. These guys are THE best. There was a problem with the custom color from the manufacturer (not Precision’s fault). Chad and Rick knocked themselves out fixing the issue. Especially Rick (who made multiple trips). They weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied. Let me just say - I couldn’t be happier. The door looks fabulous - the best in the neighborhood. And the garage door opener - quiet? Super quiet. My only regret is that I only have one house! ????

I had two garage doors installed two weeks and my experience with Precision was A1, excellent from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Rick, who was professional, easy to talk to, and took his time explaining everything that was included, in addition he proceeded to show me standard, better, and best in terms of quality, lastly, we went outside to his vehicle to see samples that allow me a visual of what my choices were. On installation day, two gentlemen, Cyrus and please forgive me for not remembering the other gentleman's name arrived on time, answered all my questions and were just as excited to install the doors as I was, and did a fantastic job . Garage doors aren't something that we'll purchase everyday, so, I really appreciate the time and patience , and effort that was taken by your entire team. Customer service matters! After forgetting I had put the deadbolt lock across my garage door one windy night and hitting the opener the next morning I watched in horror as my door crumpled and started leaning like the tower in Pisa. I panicked and called Precision Garage Doors and Rick was so wonderful to come out the same day, assess the situation and talked over the resolution. He showed me the various new doors, explained insulated garage doors so I purchased a new door with the insulation thanks to him which I’m so glad I did! In addition he was kind enough to help get the door fully closed so I would feel safe. Only three weeks later Nicole was so fun and helpful when we were scheduling the install and today my gorgeous new door was installed thanks to the amazingly talented Silas! He was so friendly and helpful from going over maintenance steps to exceeding my expectations with the end result. As a person who had worked in various customer facing positions I was incredibly impressed by every employee I worked with. If I could give this company 100 stars I would for their responsiveness, quality products and top-tier customer service!!! Thank you all for another job done beyond expectations!

I can’t say enough about your staff and the level of customer service they provided after installation. I would have appreciated more interaction with the person who ordered our custom door. Once I sent what I was interested in, they ordered the door, but unfortunately since they never reviewed the order with me prior to ordering it. The windows I wanted were on the wrong side, which I could live with but because of the mistake it caused issues with the opener and required additional visits. Again, the original service staff and the installers were top notch and did everything they could to make things right.

Totally impressed with their professionalism. We completely replaced two garage doors. Every technician we encountered went out of their way to explain the process and provide options. It was almost as if they went to “professionalism boot camp.” I wish I could experience this more often. Beautiful garage doors worth the wait due to supply shortages. Great experience.

On the day of install, Rick arrived right on time, communicated effectively, and worked tirelessly to finish the install in one day, giving me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. We attended the Home & Garden Show looking for garage door installers. We spoke with a very knowledgeable young man who showed us all the selection options. We made an appointment right on the spot and had someone come out the very next week.
