Zack has been another proud member of the PDS family since we opened our doors in 2019. Prior to this, he was a Golf Professional for 2 years. The garage door industry grabbed and kept his attention because he enjoys getting to meet new people and hear their life stories every day. To him this is not just a job, but an opportunity to care for and connect with his community. With the support of his lovely wife Julie, daughter Wrenly, and two dogs, Flint and Mylo, he can show up to work each day ready to serve each customer like they were one of his own neighbors, because they are. Outside of PDS, you can find him on the golf course or out hunting. Previously, you may have found him volunteering as a firefighter for 6 years. It is clear that Zack cares about the people around him and we cannot wait for you to experience this first hand at your next visit with us! *Zack’s Favorite Joke: “Why don’t eggs tell jokes? …They’d crack each other up.”

First and foremost, we talked to a real person not a machine when calling because a cable snapped when we were closing our garage door. We had been thinking about installing an automatic garage door opener and when the technician arrived to fix the broken cable, we asked about upgrading from a repair to installing an opener. The quote was affordable and to our surprise, the job was done the same day. The technician called and the needed equipment was delivered while he was preparing the door by removing old cabling, springs, etc.

Scheduling was quick and easy, the technician called ahead to say when he would be arriving. He explained what he would be looking at, what he found and options for repairs, pausing for questions. He was efficient, friendly and very professional. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needs Garage door service. Zack Yost represented his company well.

The technician, Zack, was very polite and professional. He appeared to be quite knowledgible about his job and the parts the company had for repairs. I had my garage door repaired on 9/21/21. The technician Zack, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other techs name, arrived timely with a phone call to alert me as well. Zack explained the process and invited questions which he courteously answered. The inspection process proceeded and a outline of remedies were offered and explained. I chose the most immediate fix as I have budget constraints. I did not feel pressured to do more than I could afford. Both techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I chose Precision because they installed a new garage opener for a neighbor who was also very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

I had one of my openers that was making a terrible grinding noise. I called and they had a service tech (Zack) come out the next day. He looked over both the noisy opener and the 2nd one. Although Zack could have repaired the broken one I opted to go ahead and replace them both with new openers since they were 23 years old. The noise level between chain and belt drive is amazing. Zack did a great job with the installation and explanation of the new openers. I thought the replacements were fairly priced. Thank you Precision and Zack.

Called Sat. 3/14/20, serviceman came Sun. morning 3/15/20 at 8 AM. Inspected what was wrong, a broken cable. Gave me 3 choices for quotes to fix it. Just to come to the house was a $59 fee. All total the price to replace the 2 cables, I only needed one and 2 pulleys which I really didn't need at all plus labor was $259. Way over priced but I let the Tech Zac do the repair. Good work but OVERPRICED. Had another price for $135 total but when Precision told me $59 plus parts and labor I figured it would have been the same or less. Will NEVER use them again due to HIGH PRICE.

That was a bad start to a morning being locked into my garage because of a broken spring. I did and online inquire into repair and Precision called me back within 5 minutes. They also arrived when they promised. The repairmen were awesome, friendly, polite and professional. I was given 3 options for repairs and I chose the one that would give me a life time warranty on parts. They made the repairs quickly and proficiently. They indeed turned a bad day into a good one and I am free to come and go again with high confidence that this shouldn't happen again and if it does, I am covered for parts.
