Jerry is known for his friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge concerning garage doors, so it is no surprise that he has been with PDS since the very opening of the company. However, his experience stems back five years before becoming a technician with PDS. Prior, he had been an auto technician at Chrysler for five years. Providing quality work and customer service has been a large part of his life for years. He states himself, “I like turning someone else’s miserable day into a positive one by using my skills and experience to problem solve.” Jerry is thankful to have the support of his wife Katelyn and dear daughter Everleigh, son Elijah, as well as his four dogs and five cats at home! When he is not at work he is enjoying his family and investing in his community by playing for his church softball team. The service technician, Jerry, was very thorough, polite and professional. He went above and beyond just taking care of my problem. He spoke with my son-in-law on the phone telling him what he found as well as explaining what should be done next. Since my son-in-law is a building contractor he said he will do the lubricating, etc., when he comes to my home this weekend as he does not live in the area. We called this morning and were given a window of 2-4pm for a technican to show up. Jerry arrived early, was very polite and explained our options. The price he gave us was reasonable and he was able to complete the work in a few hours. He cleaned up and hauled away the trash. I was pleased when I called and talked with Nick. He was very helpful and got me an appointment on the day I requested. Jerry Eldreth was our technician. He showed up on time, was professional, and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about our garage door system and explained everything well. Estimate process was wonderful. The technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy towards a new units and offered some repair options to our installed unit. Jerry gave me multiple options with the features I was interested in and answered all of my questions. They promptly scheduled me back in when I noted I was having issues with the sensors in the sun. I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The install was top notch and the technicians are professional.

My wife remembered seeing your Tv commercial and suggested I call to have our garage door repaired. As usual she was right and we were scheduled to have our garage door repaired the same day. We were very pleased working with Precision Doors. Our garage door mechanism was very loud and we were concerned it would break soon. They scheduled a technician to come out within 24 hours. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for minor service and inspection of door operation. Jerry and Don were on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to ask what my concerns were about the door and explained what they could see might need servicing. They offered 3 options of service and explained each. They did not pressure me to choose either or any option. When I chose the option I wanted, the technicians completed their work in about an hour. They carefully explained what they did and demonstrated door operation. I would recommend to others.

from appointment setup thru installation these guys are great. everything was explained at a level that i could understand. various options were given to me with an assortment of costs. the tech, Jerry, did not leave until he programed my cars and keypad with all the remote stuff. i am of course very pleased with the product but more so with the service....and that to me is what it is about.

On Monday, September 30, 2024 I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with Nick regarding noise that garage door was making. He took my information and set up an appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.and received a text confirming this appointment. Jerry, the technician, called to confirm that he would be at my house soon because he was in a neighborhood close by. Before he arrived, he called again to inform that he was near our home. He checked our garage door, etc. He showed four different options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He also informed us that the garage door was still in good shape. Tuneup, pulleys, and rollers is what we chose. We are very pleased with service from initial call to a completed job.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention to my situation without even being assured that I would use your company due to having a warranty on my home. However, Steven was attentive to my explanation, and sent a technician out to check on the needed repair. Jerry, the technician, was professional, experienced and explained everything completely. He wound up doing the job in slightly less than an hour even though he had spent twice that amount of time to describe the repair, the options and helped me discuss it with the warranty company. He was amazing to deal with as was the office staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision! Most times having a problem involves stress and negative experience. This entire experience was pleasant, efficient and resolved. I am thankful for your ads that directed me to your company.
