Excellent, professional service! Quick response to my early morning phone call. The office staff gathered my information and scheduled a technician immediately. Two hours later Jerry arrived on time and ready with all the equipment and parts needed to repair my garage door. Jerry is a personable fellow with tons of job knowledge. I did not like that Dan Madison entered my attached garage first without first knocking on my door to introduce himself ! I only knew of his arrival after hearing of noise in the garage ! Very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I will be sure to include this to whomever inquiries of the work that was done by Precision.

Hi Rose, We are very sorry we left you with this impression. Usually when the garage door is open, our technicians will meet our customers in the garage as opposed to the front door. I spoke with Dan about this, he mentioned to me, that he had to knock on the garage man door twice for you to answer. That may have been the noise you could have been hearing. Either way, we understand that entering through the garage instead of the front door made you feel uncomfortable. Dan had also mentioned to me that you had confronted him about this already, and by the time he left, he was under the impression that you and him were doing rather well. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they offer same day service. I called and was thanked for calling the business asked what the problem was and given an appointment window. I w was called by the service tech prior to this window and was told that he was running late but assured me he would be here today. He arrived shortly after the original time window. He assessed the problem and I was given several different options to take care of the problem. Within a few minutes he had estimates for each option explaining the benefits of each option. I chose the lifetime warranty and decided to have another door serviced to avoid an additional service call in the future. The technician quickly performed the required repairs and explained all work performed, showing everything that was replaced, explained the warranty, and placed service few on the repaired doors. He was very professional and polite throughout the service call. He explained the invoice and warranty information, sending me an email with all pertinent information. He also told me if I have my problem with the email that I can contact the company office to have another receipt sent to me. He made sure that my garage was clear of any debris and the doors operated correctly. I was thanked for my business and told if there were any problems to please call the office. He was very professional and polite throughout the entire service call. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

I rely on referral services like Angie’s List or Home Advisor to match me with the service pros who can respond to perform the repairs that is needed, especially if I don’t personally know of a reliable contractor. In my case, I needed someone who can fix my garage door closer. Once again, based on customer positive ratings and comments, I selected Precision Garage Door. Their technician, Chad Lahue listened to my description of the problem and proceeded to do his analysis and in a very short time, identified the specific door closer part that was causing the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and voila, problem fixed. Chad was very courteous and was very knowledgeable of his craft. He described the cause of the problem and readily answered all my questions on preventive maintenance. If I encounter other performance issues with my garage doors, Precision Garage Door Services, will be my go to guy in the future! I highly recommend them!

I had one of my openers that was making a terrible grinding noise. I called and they had a service tech (Zack) come out the next day. He looked over both the noisy opener and the 2nd one. Although Zack could have repaired the broken one I opted to go ahead and replace them both with new openers since they were 23 years old. The noise level between chain and belt drive is amazing. Zack did a great job with the installation and explanation of the new openers. I thought the replacements were fairly priced. Thank you Precision and Zack.
