My call today resulted in same day service. Quick response that is almost unheard of in customer service today. Several years ago Precision Door Service installed a new motor for the existing garage door and today they did a tune up. The technician, Henry Storm, was the 5 star rating! Polite, friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of service or replacement of your existing system.

Our garage door spring broke and was loud. We had seen many Precision door signs in our town and called for repair. We had someone at our house within 2 hours. We replace everything but the door (for now). Service was efficient and handle timely. I would 100% refer friends, neighbors and family!

Very prompt service from Zachary Shope and he stayed until the 2 garage door openers were installed. He first inspected the old ones and then proceeded to explain my options for new installations. After 30 years with the original openers, I needed cables,openers,rollers,etc. I agreed to the new installations and elected Option #3.; he started the job and didn't end until he reviewed everything to our satisfaction. The Precision Company has really quiet openers and excellent employees.

It’s just a follow up visit to an installation of a new door in December. At six months a company policy is to come and check the door and lubricate all the important parts. I have been satisfied with the friendly and efficient service on both visits.

Great customer service experience from the first phone call to the final repairs. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He immediately identified and problems and explained them clearly. Very efficient and friendly technician. One small complaint and it's a general one, not directed at Precision, but why do companies put stickers on owners' property or walls without first asking?

We recently had need to have Precision door come to our home to repair an issue we were having open/closing the door.The technician,Jerry arrived on time.He ask me to describe the issue. He explained in detail what he was going to do and gave us the price before starting. Jerry examined our door and opener, diagnosed and corrected the problem. He also made recommended with pricing things we should tend to in the future. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend Precision and specifically Jerry for any garage door you might need.

A+++ from start to finish. Called at 7am and the (live) phone service was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave me several options for time of repair to fit my schedule. The same day!! Zachary Shope was the service tech that came out to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained every aspect of what was needed to get my 25 year old garage door back in great working order after blowing out a cable/spring. He presented me with 3 options at 3 different price points. He was able to do the job onsite with a fully stocked van. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work he performed and made sure I was satisfied before signing off on completed job. Precision will be my go to for all my garage door related work from this point forward and Zachary will be the tech I ask for.

Very professional. Justin arrived right on time, extremely courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. Replaced old door opener motor & wall pad and outside keypad with one I supplied, removed old fashioned springs with a completely new torsion spring system in short order. Explained everything along the way. Happily answered all my questions. Very highly recommended as a technician and Precision Doors as a company! A+++

I called Precision Door at 8AM on Monday morning. A friendly person answered my call and quickly scheduled a service person to look at my garage door at noon the same day. I received a confirmation email and the service person (Chad) called me to confirm 20 minutes before his arrival. Chad was professional and polite. He diagnosed and repaired my door. He also performed maintenance on my second door during his visit. Both doors are operating like new. I highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs. Dave S.

The one thing that stood out the most, wasn't the professionalism and expertise displayed by Kenny Dyson during yesterday's install, but the unquestioned willingness to cancel our original scheduled installation date and time at the very last minute, due to a family health emergency which ultimately required hospitalization. When I called to explain our need to cancel the installation set for that same afternoon, your customer service representative quickly responded by saying that she fully understands there are times when unexpected events can upset even the best of plans. She ended the conversation with a reassurance that when things were back to normal, she'd be more than happy to set another date for the installation. When I called back, the installation scheduler worked their own magic in setting a date and time that had to be sandwiched in between multiple tests and doctor's appointments. Yesterday's installation came off without a hitch, and completely exceeded every aspect of our expectations . A BIG WELL DONE has been earned by all of the folks at Precision.

Zachary Shope was our technician. He was very knowledgeable & informative. He did your twenty-five (25) point inspection before he gave us the estimate for the originally requested work of replacing the torsion spring(s). He reviewed the problems found during the inspection, all except one (1). On the emailed report, which we reviewed after he departed, he noted that the door bottom weather seal failed, which we previously knew, & would have liked him to replace while he was here, but just plain forgot to ask him about while he was here. After Zach left we called your tele. # & spoke with Kiley. She told us to get the seal replaced would cost us another service call fee of $79.00. We were hoping to just order the seal, & have it installed when, sometime in the future, Zach, or another tech, was in the area, hoping to avoid the service fee. She said that could not happen. So, because of a lack of communication on my part, I guess we are SOL. Zach service was excellent, & I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you, Monte L. Bordner

Chad Lahue and Ryan Forsythe did a great job installing a new opener. They were very easy to talk to. We ordered a new garage door and I asked Chad to come back when it is installed if he could. Chad recently did some work for my best friend Jim Rimmey , who has now passed away. In talking to Jim's wife Sandy she mentioned that Precision sent her flowers and they were beautiful. I called around. answer machines is what I got. Precision answered the phone. Said they could be here in1hour to2 hour. Nia Bennett and Being showed up early. Inspected the door. Said they had the parts. Would take 45minutes to fix the door. THEY DID IT!!..now that is same day service. I was very pleased . I have never seen service like this in the past few years. If you chose precision . I'm sure you will be very happy with the service .
