Chad did a great job. Had an issue with a screeching door. Took him about a minute to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He also checked the other garage door and fixed that one to ensure it would not start screeching too. After only a short time Chad finished a thorough inspection and everything was good to go.

Our garage door only closed 1/4 of the way then retreated to full open. We have seen many commercials for Precision Door lately and gave them a call. Within a few hours we had a name and review of Zachary Shope who would be servicing us. He gave us a 24 point checklist of an inspection and fully explained our issue with rollers and cable. All were replaced. Personable and precise with explanation of issues and how he corrected them. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsible and concise young man. Would call Precision Door with any and all issues again. Prompt service, great technician and quick receipt. Nice to know we can trust this company. He was extremely honest. Many thanks.

We called to have a few springs replaced on two garage doors. The service technician was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us different options and when I chose one of the cheaper options there was no pressure or sales pitch to take the higher priced option. He explained the difference between the options and what to expect and then when I chose the cheaper option that was it. The service was done quickly and at the time they stated. The most important part though - the job was well done, quality work. I was very happy with the work the tech did. He was friendly, looked professional and did quality work. They were definitely not the cheapest but overall definitely worth it. I'd rather pay a little more for quality work.

I called Precision Door Service at 7:30 in the evening for a garage door repair. A lady answered and could not have been any nicer. She took all my information and told me that she could have a technician at my house the following day between 12:00 and 2:00. At 1:15 the technician called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. When he arrived he introduced himself as Kenny Dyson. He said he would do a safety check and let me know what needed to be fixed. He did that and gave me three quotes on what my options were. I decided to go with the one quote and Kenny fixed it to perfection! I would not only recommend this company but Kenny went the extra miles the entire time he was here!

Fast same day service. Original garage door openers from 2003 were giving us some issues. Techs provided a walk through and demonstrated the issue(s) we were experiencing. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Parts were readily available on their truck when they showed up onsite and made the decision very easy to replace both openers. They helped w/ programming and a walkthrough on how the new openers function. I would highly recommend!

Very prompt service from Zachary Shope and he stayed until the 2 garage door openers were installed. He first inspected the old ones and then proceeded to explain my options for new installations. After 30 years with the original openers, I needed cables,openers,rollers,etc. I agreed to the new installations and elected Option #3.; he started the job and didn't end until he reviewed everything to our satisfaction. The Precision Company has really quiet openers and excellent employees.
