Everyone that we had come to our home to complete our three doors were very professional and polite. They also took their time to make sure we were happy with the final product. We are very pleased with our Precision doors. Thanks to all.

Very friendly professional estimator. No pressure. Was able to meet my needs. Spotted the correct door color from a non faded portion of old door. Beat another estimate by $500. Will recommend to my homeowners association.

I am very pleased with Precision and their personnel. Jerry Eldreth was out today to look at a problem with the door. He was able to immediately identify the issue and had it fixed in short order. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours of my contact with the office. He fixed the issue but also checked the entire door and its components lubricating everything as preventative maintenance. Very thorough. I have been pleased with all my dealings with Precision, from the guys who installed the door about 10 months ago, to Jerry coming out today to diagnose and resolve an issue.

My service person arrived promptly almost exactly at the time he said he would. I was hoping that all I would need would be the spring replacement unfortunately that was not the case. My service person replaced the entire spring assembly and springs but the door still did not open properly. Fortunately my repairman had everything necessary to replace my door opener with a new one and complete the entire job. I have a limited income and this was an expense that I was not expecting. The service was pricey but I do believe the job was well done and hopefully I don't need to have this done again in my lifetime. My repair person was very empathetic to the entire situation as I'm sure you all run into this everyday. My only complaint is obviously the price but, with things in the world as they are today it is almost expected. The service that I received was quick and professional. Hopefully the products that were installed it will be well worth the cost. Garage doors/openers are a convenience that we absolutely take for granted until they don't work. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door! I liked the reviews for them and that they offered late afternoon appointments. I was able to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my door the next day! Jordan Bair was the one who came out to figure out why my garage door stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to answer my questions, and he was able to replace the entire opener within an hour! Thank you Jordan!

Absolutely fantastic service. From making the appointment to the actual same-day service, everyone was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and offered three options for service needed today and what to expect in the future including how much longer our motor will last. The pricing was reasonable for us as seniors being on a fixed income. No pressure sales and we will recommend to our friends and neighbors. Our local garage door service that we used in the past for maintenance did not answer the phone so I remember seeing a Precision truck in our neighborhood recently and called them. Precision Garage Door Service will definitely be our choice in the future.

Fast and fabulous service. I thought I would be waiting days for my new door opener and it was expertly installed and operating within two hours of my call. Technician was truly skilled and efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company for any garage door issues. If all of this country worked like Precision does, this place would run like a finely tuned Swiss watch. Special commendations to the technician, Jerry; a very personable and valuable team member.

I am very pleased with the service that I got today for my garage door. It would not go up further than about a foot, and I found out that the spring broke and needed to be replaced. Ryan was very professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

One star only because there is no choice for zero star. Do not label your company as offering an opener repair service. Not true. You are only interested in selling new installations. Your "repair man" refused to even try to diagnose what was wrong or make any attempt to service the opener. It was strictly a receiver coding error which I discovered and corrected myself. Thanks for nothing.

I really appreciated the fact that your company was able to come out on the same day. When your garage door isn't working, it really is an inconvenience. Nia, the technician you sent out was very nice and professional. He assessed the problem and was able to fix it the very same day. He also told us that there was another issue and suggested we have that fixed also. No pressure. Just suggesting. We scheduled the additional work and he came out the same day also. We would recommend your company very highly to our friends. Thanks again, Nia, for a job well done.

Very professional. Emailed the information on who would be coming for the repair. Called 20 minutes prior to arriving to my home for the scheduled time. Gave me several options for the repair. I went with new rollers, belt drive garage door opener, new outside keypad and clickers (programming was included).

Precision Door Co were truly amazing! They responded immediately to my needs and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. The installer (Kenny) described the problem and after inspection gave me 3 options to choose from and thoroughly explained them. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services. They are a 5 star company!!!
