In 2019 Chad Lahue was the techican that repaired my garage motor. Installed key pad. He was so polite and helpful. Today I had to call for service and had the pleasure of seeing Chad again. First of all years ago I saw your ad on TV. Chad installed my new opener! So I was thrilled. When my remote wasn’t working I waited for a long time to call. I called yesterday and the person who set up my appointment (based on my schedule) I was so impressed! Then I received an email with the picture of who wouldn’t my service person.to add to this Chad called to say he would be early if that was ok. The icing on the cake was that once I did my dissertation on what was wrong, Chad fixed it in a second. He also made sure it all worked and he checked everything out!!! It was another great experience and I recommend Precision Door based on my positive interactions!!!

I went with precision garage door service because I've heard the name before unlike some of the other companies that were listed. The technician was right on time was very helpful explaining what was going on with my garage door. He gave me the best package for my situation. I was a little surprised that itnwas completely affordable. He was very professional but also really cool. After he completed the job we had a couple laughs and my dog fell in love with him.

Justin called and asked if he could arrive ahead of schedule which was wonderful! He ran a diagnostic and explained all our options and costs. He then installed a new opener for us, new springs and replaced rollers. He was very thorough and even programmed our outside key panel for us, He explained to us how everything worked and asked if we had any questions. Quite honestly one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. From the free estimate to the prompt communication to the installation everyone was on point, efficient, and professional. Installation took one day and besides both doors, openers, and all hardware being new, there was no evidence of work being done. They cleaned up like it was their home. The doors and openers are awesome. I'm glad I got the steel doors because they look great and seem sturdy. The doors open with almost no sound. The openers are whisper quiet. Jerry Eldreth explained that what had happened to our opener was a common problem caused by thunderstorms. He arrived earlier than expected and promptly completed the diagnosis. All that was required was a reprogramming of the opener travel much to our relief.

Precision and Benji, our service person, did a wonderful job repairing and replacing what was needed on our garage door and all it needs to function properly. Benji was upfront and clear on what was necessary to repair it and what the price would be. He didn't attempt to push anything we didn't need on us. We're very satisfied with the whole experience and I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair.
