I called there company & got a live person on the phone & explained the problem I was having with my garage door-a part on my garage door broke the night before & my door wasn't opening. The person on the other end of the phone noted my information & took my address & then offered me a same day appointment that afternoon!!! He explained the service fee & that the technican would call me before any work was done to approve it & the cost & that he would call me before he got to my house. The technican was there when he was expected to be & after speaking with my husband he did the repairs as needed & fixed the door. I also received an email of the repairs done & the payment. Everything was great!!

this was an excellent Experience. i saw a tv advertisement and called and spoke to Zack (sales) he coordinated everything from there. he scheduled me immediately for the next day, he then connected me with jerry the tech, who was great! jerry called me in advance so i could meet him at my house and not wait at home for him to arrive. he was in and out in no time and had me up and running again. this whole thing was done with lightning speed and for much less cost than 2 other places quoted me. i now have them quoting me for some upgrades to my garage doors and potentially new doors. great job!! i will recommend them to everyone i know.

I called at 10:30am on Thursday to fix a broken spring on my 16x7 garage door, They said they could come on Friday between 1-3 pm. I said if you can come any earlier I would appreciate it. Within 10 minutes after I hung up someone called back and said we could come by 1pm today. I said that was great. Henry was my Tech. He showed up at 12:55. Was very professional and fixed my door with a new spring in less than an hour. He explained everything about my door and what might need done in the future to keep it running smooth. We called at 8am and serviceman arrived about 10:15! Very impressed with that. The repair of door was done well. The serviceman was pleasant & answered our questions. Besides having a door repaired we had 4 doors serviced which we were told meant lubricating, tightening bolts, and aligning. There was a charge of $100 per door. Each door took less than 15 minutes each & aligning was putting a finger up to check if it was level or something like that. That service was way overpriced.
