I had my garage door repaired on 9/21/21. The technician Zack, and I'm sorry I don't remember the other techs name, arrived timely with a phone call to alert me as well. Zack explained the process and invited questions which he courteously answered. The inspection process proceeded and a outline of remedies were offered and explained. I chose the most immediate fix as I have budget constraints. I did not feel pressured to do more than I could afford. Both techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I chose Precision because they installed a new garage opener for a neighbor who was also very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Carcen Anderson just completed service on our two new garage doors. He called ahead of time and arrived "On Time". He did an excellent job adjusting the springs and pulleys so the doors no longer made noise. He was very focused on the issue and getting the doors to operate in the best possible manner. The two doors were installed in June of this year and just needed a 90 day adjustment. I am very pleased with Carcen's job performance. The new doors are amazing !! Well worth the investment.

I chose you because I liked your tv advertisement. I was impressed by the immediate scheduling to make my repair. Justin was very respectful and thorough. He made temporary repairs as the equipment is 25 yr old and in need on replacement parts and adjustments. He was able to make temporary repairs and get my door functional until proper repairs can be made. He and his wife are Christian and it shows in his attitude and performance. I met yesterday with Denny and he was thorough in his presentation and also took the time to match our new front door as much as possible. Quite impressed with the mobile showroom to see the product and color choices firsthand. We had checked with another company that never came out to take measurements and just sent us an email.
