I cannot say enough good things about Eddie Hesling. I originally just wanted to replace the backup battery in my Craftsman opener. However, I also pointed out to Eddie that the door was rattling, and while he was here the opener made a horrible grinding noise while opening. Eddie assured me that part of his job was to inspect the entire system. After he did, he showed me that the spring had been installed incorrectly last fall (by another company) and that the motor gears on my 5-year old opener were grinding. He gave me several options to choose from, but I elected to replace the entire opener and spring with some new parts on the door itself. I truly didn't realize how bad my door opener was until Eddie finished the install today. It is so quiet and smooth running. I am so pleased and feel confident that I have found an excellent company with incredible service and I will contract with them for additional work in the future. And by the way, Eddie is a lovely young man and really knows what he is about.

Jerry Eldreth diagnosed the trouble with my 17yr old garage door. It was limping along after all those years without service. In a matter of a few hours, Jerry installed a new motor and converted the drive from chain to belt with a tension coil operating system. Thorough and professional describe the service and customer-first approach. 5 star

Great company, the service was prompt, and Chad the technician was excellent. He gave me 3 options after inspecting the door. I chose option #2, which consisted of replacing the springs and adding a safety cable to each, replacing the spring pully on both, and replacing the cables and all rollers. Now I have a 25 year old garage door which should last at least another 10 years, providing that the motor stays in good shape. All in all, a good experience.

We had a problem getting a tech there at all or within the specified time. Once someone showed up we ended up getting a whole new motor, rollers etc. and keypad. Tech tried his best after being sent here unexpectedly and worked hard until 7.30 p.m., the original time frame was 12-2. Tech was very pleasant and knew his stuff.

Contacted Precision thru Home Adviser. Response for service request was very quick and an appointment at my convenience was made for the next day. The technician, Eddie, that was dispatched was very personable, professional, an obviously knew his business. Eddie performed a safety check, identified my problem and repaired it quickly. He also provided some suggestions for my consideration for future maintenance. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.

Our door spring broke going into the holiday weekend. Jerry came out and did a full inspection on both of our doors. He gave us options for what needed to be repaired.
