Dear Mr. Van Dam: It truly was a great pleasure dealing with your organization. Jordan, not only was a professional in explaining in detail what my options were, but also in his knowledge and workmanship as well as his friendly demeanor. Being in the business and from New Jersey, it is a rarity finding a company such as yours, in Pennsylvania. Be assured we will highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends whenever possible. Thank you again.

Your garage door repairman was extremely knowledge about the garage doors and repairs needed. He repaired the spring in no time at all. He then helped us at ordering a new door.

Today a spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision because a few of the neighbors have used this company. I was completely satisfied with the service. I called after 12pm they were at my door by 4pm. Bye 6pm my door was working the springs were replaced with new ones and I opted for a new seal on the bottom as well the old one was very worn. Also I need to mention Justin he was such a nice person to work with and he completely explained everything in detail. I also changed my mind from just the springs to the springs and the seal he didn’t mind at all! I’ll definitely use Precision for all my future garage door need’s, hopefully not but if need I’d call them again.

Kenny is friendly and professional. He replaced my broken cables and replaced a new spring for my garage door. He also re-adjusted the chain of the garage opener because it was loose. The customer service was great too. When I contacted with Precision on the website, they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment on the next day.

Thank you very much for your prompt attention to finding a garage door opener to fit my garage after I purchased one off the shelf at a big box hardware store that could not be installed. Henry, the installer you sent , was very courteous, professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the result that after 44 years I no longer have to manually open the door!

A surprisingly positive experience! My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have much hope we'd find a service company with integrity and honesty, but we were fortunate and thrilled to find Precision! We reached out to several firms but from the initial phone call to the technician's visit, Precision's communication was clear and easily understandable. The assessment was done the same day we called and the technician gave us three options! No high pressure threats that our safety was at risk or the door was going to fall of the hinges if we didn't act right away with the highest price option. He was transparent about the pro's and con's of the options and made it easy for us to select the right choice for us. A WONDERFUL experience all around!!

Jerry Eldreth was courteous and professional. The last panel on the garage door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, it appeared I would need a new garage door installed. Jerry explained the options offered in detail then repaired the door - sealed it underneath, straightened the panel to help it close better - as I await a new door. This gave me a great sense of relief and I was quite impressed with the end result. Thank you Jerry for “turning my miserable day into a positive one by using your skills and experience to problem solve”.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service when my original garage door was damaged. They are extremely professional, and the service I received was exemplary. My technician was Zach, and his installation work was fantastic. I was told that the job could take up to 5 hours, and he was able to complete the job under that time. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door services. Thank you!!
