Zach Yost arrived promptly for my estimate, and walked me through all of my options without pressuring me into products I didn't want or need. He was sincere, knowledgeable and congenial, and somehow managed to schedule replacement of my door and installation of an automatic opener the very next day. The installers left my garage exactly like they found it, with the door perfectly installed. I am very, very pleased with both the professionalism of Zach and the installers, and the quality of the work performed. I highly recommend Precision!

Had an issue with my garage door opening. This was at night. I called Precision and set up an appointment for the next morning. Justin came over and diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. No pressure at all. The problem was fixed quickly and without any issues. Fantastic! Your website is so easy to use and scheduling with the chat option was a breeze. The repairman arrived early after calling me for that option. He explained my 3 options in great detail and showed me exactly what needed repaired. I'll be rescheduling for a door upgrade soon. I wouldn't use any other repair company - this is the best!

Precision was recommended to me when I solicited recommendations on Facebook for a garage door repair company. I researched all three companies that were recommended and Precision stood out among them from the get-go. My need was not urgent, so I filled out the easy, online request and received a return call very promptly. Steven was professional and thorough on the phone with what to expect, including full disclosure about the service call fee. On the day of service, my technician Chad, called 35 minutes before arriving and arrived promptly within the timeframe expected. He was accompanied by Jordan, a trainee. Both were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chad gave me three different options for repair, with very thorough explanations of what each would cover. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option. Once I chose my option, they were well-prepared to do the work and completed it immediately while on site. I was very pleased with Precision and am extraordinarily grateful for the recommendation.

We had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Justin called at 7:36, introduced himself and said he was 1/2 hour away. He immediately diagnosed the problem, did an inspection of future problems, explained all the options and gave me a price on all of those options. The decisions were left up to me with no pressure. He finished the job in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

Got in touch with Precision at 7:30pm one evening as one of our garage door openers died. They came out 8:45am the very next morning! Very impressed with the service technician Nia. He explained everything clearly, was very thorough/knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had one garage door opener replaced and a major service done on another. The "Precision" brand name opener is impressive and is hands down the best opener I have ever had. It is whisper quiet and operates smooth like butter. We will definitely be going back to Precision for our future garage door needs.

I choose Precision because they are based in Middletown where I live. I found the two gentlemen that serviced my door to be punctual and efficient. They gave me choices and they were ready to fix my garage door after work hours. They accessed the problem and they were prepared to go to work as soon as I made the choice that was right for me. They also showed me how to use the release so if the electricity is ever out the door will open easily by had. The guys were great!
