So a spring on my long-neglected garage door broke and took some pulleys and stuff with it, so I called Precision Garage Door Service Central PA. Smart move. I was able to get an appointment for 8:00 A.M. the very next day. At 7:45 Justin called me to say he'd be here in fifteen minutes. When he arrived, he was pleasant, courteous, and professional as he explained which repairs were necessary; which ones I could safely delay; and what would be my total price for each option. Then he went to work. When I turned around, he was finished, and when he presented me with my invoice, it was for less than I'd expected, when I'd initially called. I'm completely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. And Justin.

I had a great experience with Precision. They came to my house to fix my garage door within a day when the company I have been working with for 25 years told me they couldn't come to replace the springs for 9 days. I liked that Kenny gave me 3 options for repairs & replace the motor due to it's age. Kenny also was kind enough to put my mom's car back in our garage due to it raining hard when he was finished. Precision definitely has a new customer.

Their Customer Service is fantastic. From scheduling to the technician to the supervisor. I was able to get on the schedule the following afternoon, the technician (Henry) called multiple times to keep me updated on his arrival, very considerate of my time. The unit is only a year and a half old, and he quickly troubleshot the issue to the control board not providing power to the safety eyes. Neither part (control board or safety-eye sensors) is covered by the lifetime warranty (motor and belt only). However, he worked with his supervisor Chip and they were generous enough to cover the panel (which only has a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer). I ended up paying for the service call only ($79) not for labor or a new control board, which was very much appreciated. This kind of customer service is why I pay the service fee and stay with this company. I've had 3 technicians provide service over the last year and a half and they are all superb. Thanks, Precision Garage Door!

I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon.
