I called early afternoon in regards to a garage door opener repair/ replacement. Nick said that he would send a tech out later that same day. At 3 PM Kenny arrived. After listening to me describe the problem and performing his own inspection, I was presented with several options that I could choose from to proceed. Let alone I was shocked at the quick initial response, Kenny had my new opener installed within the hour. Very professional. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Kudos to you!

My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. Kenny came and gave me options for repairing my door........... and in not much more than an hour I was all fixed up!!!!! He answered all of my questions and was not only knowledgeable and professional, but kind and pleasant as well. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service in Lancaster!

You met my expectations and you solved the problem. Henry Storm was courteous, professional and helpful (because he had to deal on & off with my 3 mutts!!!) LOL You guys are the best!!! And I love that you're available 24/7 to set up an appointment, and it has been, thru my 2 emergency experiences with Precision, that it is ALWAYS the next day and usually at an appropriate time slot!!! IMO reasonably priced, too.

Kenny Dyson did a good job diagnosing our problem, but considering he only had to tape a broken wire to detect and repair the problem, which took a half hour max, $109 labor seems a bit excessive. But the problem is fixed for now, so thank you.

It's true what they say about first impressions...I called three garage door service companies....one started by insulting my current brand of garage door opener calling it junk (even if it is, you never start out by insulting your customer's choices!)....another simply ran through a long list of pricing...but Nick was professional, friendly, thanked me for calling, explained they have a fully stocked truck and provide a 25 pt safety inspection included in the $79 flat rate fee for coming out. Plus they are available 24 hours and there was no wait time! My husband met Chad at the site and was very pleased with his service and capability. Wish there were more service companies out there like yours!!

I watch the commercial on 27 ABC. It is a nice company. I just use Precision and everyone did a great job doing the repair. Very honest Chad Lahue explained to me the three option on what he could repair. I was very happy. Chad had a nice assistance with him and that man was very nice as well. Thank you for the repairs. I had seen advertisements for Precision on tv and when I needed work on my garage door I tried them. They were able to make an appointment with me right away and I was given a great estimate. Thank you for providing me the feeling of safety. I installed a new garage door and was just completely unsure that I had it all installed correctly. I was looking for an expert to pass or fail my installation. According to Jerry, I did a pretty good job, there were a few adjustments needed overall. Jerry was very knowledgeable with garage doors and troubleshooting problem issues. I still have a few issues; however, Jerry explained what I need to do and watch out for. I plan to have a technician back again when I have electricity so the door opener can be installed; and again, after the new leveling floor is installed to adjust the spring and cables. Also, Jerry is a very nice man, professional, and an asset to your company. Best wishes.

I was having issues with my Garage Doors not closing. Two of your "Zachs" (Zach Yost) came to my house and were prompt and very Courteous. I was very pleased with the service provided. Henry Storm was very thorough and very professional in outlining the problems and different repair options available. He was also very patient in answering my questions necessary to make the best decision possible. I appreciated the response time (early Monday service after a Saturday phone call). I do have one question/concern about the ultimate invoice price: Henry basically gave me 2 options--just a "straightforward" repair basically replacing our broken/obsolete parts for $635 OR a new torsion system for which he quoted me $745 (plus the cost of the torsion bar/spring??). However, the invoice I received shows a base cost for the new system at $795 (plus $100 for the part). Was I incorrectly quoted or incorrectly billed. My concern is that I made the ultimate decision based on the 2 quotes. I may have made the same decision even at the higher quote, but still feel that I did not have the proper information in hand to make the best-informed decision.
