I was VERY satisfied with the repair and service that Jerry provided for our garage door and opener - replacing springs and rollers. He was extremely thorough and explained reasoning behind his repairs, provided us a quote, got our approval and proceeded with repairs and work diligently until all was in perfect working order. I fully expected we might need a new garage door opener as well But some simple lubrication of some of the internal mechanisms solved the problem. Lastly, he was able to upgrade our four digit security code to 6 digits adding an additional level of security and peace of mind. Thanks Jerry – definitely a job well done!!

I had full repair conversions performed on both doors. One due to a broken cable and the 2nd for safety precautions due to the age of the spring system. The tech was extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple options and prices were presented and explained with clarity. Both doors were completed in a couple hours. I was very impressed and I am extremely satisfied. Choose Precision Garage Door Service because it was local, and my garage door wouldn’t open. Dan arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He made a quick inspection, told me what needed to be repaired, and offered a few maintenance items that might be appropriate. I agreed with his recommendations. Dan made the repairs, and the door was working in short order. When trying to use my remote after he left, the door wouldn’t open. Eddie was able to arrive earlier than expected due to his astute adjustment in the appt time. Within a minute he quickly diagnosed one issue as I returned to explain another issue. I was very surprised and pleased with the service I received. We've been having issues with our garage door for months and I contacted Precision doors thru Home Advisor. We thought the door just needed adjusted (but that never fixed the problem before) so we were surprised to find out our door opener itself was the problem. The new door opener was installed properly and works like a dream. Our tech gave us several options to choose from and installed the opener that day. He was professional and pleasant to talk too.
