I had a great experience with Precision. They came to my house to fix my garage door within a day when the company I have been working with for 25 years told me they couldn't come to replace the springs for 9 days. I liked that Kenny gave me 3 options for repairs & replace the motor due to it's age. Kenny also was kind enough to put my mom's car back in our garage due to it raining hard when he was finished. Precision definitely has a new customer.

Their Customer Service is fantastic. From scheduling to the technician to the supervisor. I was able to get on the schedule the following afternoon, the technician (Henry) called multiple times to keep me updated on his arrival, very considerate of my time. The unit is only a year and a half old, and he quickly troubleshot the issue to the control board not providing power to the safety eyes. Neither part (control board or safety-eye sensors) is covered by the lifetime warranty (motor and belt only). However, he worked with his supervisor Chip and they were generous enough to cover the panel (which only has a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer). I ended up paying for the service call only ($79) not for labor or a new control board, which was very much appreciated. This kind of customer service is why I pay the service fee and stay with this company. I've had 3 technicians provide service over the last year and a half and they are all superb. Thanks, Precision Garage Door!

Chad arrived in time as expected. He checked the entire system for wear and tear and have me a detailed account. After hearing about my options, and because of the age of my current opener, I opted for a replacement. Chad worked efficiently and soon had the unit installed. Excellent service. They are a professional organization from Nick who took my call and scheduled my repair order to Chad who showed up on time and had the door springs replaced in no time at all. He then checked and made adjustments to make the door open more smoothly. It took less than 24 hours from my call till the repair was complete.

I unexpectedly had a broken spring on a Sunday late evening, googled and called Precision first. They were kind and helpful on the phone and able to get someone to my house Monday afternoon. Chad was kind, friendly, and very thorough in everything he explained and showed us. He gave us three options, just the broken spring repair, to servicing and replacing most the old system that came with my home purchased 3 years ago without any pressure. Highly recommend.

I called early afternoon in regards to a garage door opener repair/ replacement. Nick said that he would send a tech out later that same day. At 3 PM Kenny arrived. After listening to me describe the problem and performing his own inspection, I was presented with several options that I could choose from to proceed. Let alone I was shocked at the quick initial response, Kenny had my new opener installed within the hour. Very professional. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Kudos to you!

My garage door cable broke at 6:30 PM on a Thursday night.I immediately called your company and even that late, got a representative on the phone who scheduled me for a repair visit the following morning at 10 AM. And I love that you're available 24/7 to set up an appointment, and it has been, thru my 2 emergency experiences with Precision, that it is ALWAYS the next day and usually at an appropriate time slot!!!
