Garage door spring broke late afternoon. Called at 4pm and had a technician at the house by Noon the next day. I chose to replace bearings, drums, rollers, and add a second spring that the builder should have added, but cheaped out on. Chad balanced the door so now the motor barely has to pull to open the door. Fast service, great representative for Precision Door Service.

We needed our garage door repaired quickly. Precision had a repairman out in two hours. Kenny the repairman explained our options and did a great job fixing the problem. Unbelievably, shortly after Kenny left, the second garage door broke. He was able to return and fix this problem as well. Amazing service and knowledgeable serviceman.

Precisión is an outstanding company. Called them yesterday because my keypad and both remotes did not work due to a power outage. Spoke with Denny Gohn who walked me through a short process to try to fix it but it still didn’t work so he scheduled an appointment for me this morning with Kenny Dyson. He showed up at the exact scheduled time, listened to my concerns and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. A truly professional young man who knows his business. When I was leaving my home to travel to work, my garage opener burned out. I contacted a representative from Precision Garage Doors, and he was able to send a technician the same morning to replace it. The service technican was very courteous, knowledge, and professional. He informed me the reasons why my door opener was malfunctioning and presented me with three viable options. After replacing my door opener, he thoroughly demonstrated how the new door opener operated. The price of the door opener and installation was very competitive, and I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and I give my experience with them a rating of Super, Solid, Gold!
