I wanted to have my garage door serviced since it was installed 12 years ago as a preventative measure and called this company around 10:00 AM was told a service Tech would be here between 12-2 same day. Received a call from Chad Lahue before 12 indicating he would be here in less than 25 minutes. Chad arrived and was a very pleasant Tech provided me with three options of what could be done. I made the decision to have a full repair done which included replacing the springs, rollers, and belt drive. I would highly recommend this company they have performed work for a number of houses in my development. Ask for Chad as he is the best Tech!

Spring broke on our garage door when out with friends and when we came home could not get the garage door opened. We called and were able to get an appointment the very next day. Technician was exactly on time and explained everything in detail. Extremely nice and work was done within an hour and a half. Price was less than expected especially for a weekend.

When the cable broke on the door had no idea who to call so I googled it. Was surprised at the prompt service. Justin was superb & explained everything. I thought the price was very fair. As someone who lives alone all these things were important. Would highly recommend the company.

Justin, the Technician, and the Company, both exceeded our expectations! Superb communications by the office, and Justin's technical expertise was superior. He walked us thru the options for replacing 2 very old garage door systems, made recommendations after a very thorough diagnosis, etc. Installation was quick, and attention to detail was fantastic. From new motors, bearings, springs, and everything else was nailed down perfectly. After identifying the need for additional parts not on the truck, and not planned for, Justin contacted the Company and in a very short period of time called me back (the same day and the office emailed me) and the parts were available. Justin came back the following day to complete the task. So, Justin's Customer Service and expertise was off the charts, and the Company's products and Customer Service were simply excellent!

I'm extremely happy with my interaction with Nia Bennett. When I called it was for a replacement of the weather stripping on the bottom of the door. Upon inspection Nia explained why I could see daylight at the top of the door. The door was beginning to bow. In order to prevent any future problems, I decided to replace the door and the automatic door opener. Nia gave me a responsible quote and I can't wait to get the new door and opener. Pattie Utz

This is my first experience with your company and I’m so pleased! We had some issues with our garage door and I called this morning and they were able to send Kenny out the same day. Kenny was very kind, punctual, and professional. He explained everything clearly and gave me multiple options to correct the problem. The work was completed quickly and I am so happy with the results! I will continue to use this company for any garage door issues that arise. Thank you so much!

I am thrilled to use your company for my garage door service. Your staff and technicians are the best - very polite and sincere. Always give you quotes on additional services, if needed, with out pushing the service on you. And the prices are reasonable. Your technician, Justin, was here on time and did not take long to fix my problem. Will be recommending your company to all of my friends and family!!! Thank you!

Nia was totally prepared for everything. He explained everything to me and gave me the options before starting. After agreement he went to work and installed everything in a timely manner. My current opener and wires were 30 years old, so he had quite a challenge. I will need a new door before the end of this year. I will be calling Nia and Precision Door Service. Nia was also very courteous throughout the process.

Purchased a home where the previous owner was a spend thrift. Experienced problems with garage door and contacted Precision after exhausting DIY solutions available on line. ‘Dan’ called me and listened to my analogy of the problem. He scheduled a tech to arrive the next day. ‘Zach’ called in advance of his arrival within the scheduled window. He inspected my situation and provided repair options. He was knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Precision based on my experience with them.
