The technician that came to the house was the best, great personality, considerate. He explained everything and did a thorough job. I cannot say if the pricing was competitive, did not get other estimates. However, the workmanship and customer service were excellent. My appointment was scheduled for 8a.m., on 12/16, for a broken tension bar spring. The installer, Jerry, called 20 minutes ahead of appointment, and arrived on time. He inspected all my equipment and showed me concerns, with old and potential defective parts. After giving me 3 different quote options, I chose my option, all the work was done in a professional manor. The final product was completed under 4 hours and I am overjoyed with the results. I recommend Precision Door Services and will be using them in the future.

When our garage door spring snapped, it destroyed the garage door opener track and motor. I called Precision Door. The next day, Kenny Dyson arrived, inspected the door and offered several options. Ninety minutes later, our new garage door opener was up and running.

Dear Steve, When I returned from an errand this am, I was unable to open my garage door, neither with the remote unit in my car, nor the indoor unit. I called Precision and explained my situation to Nick. Originally, he offered me an appointment Saturday. I asked if there was any way possible to get an appointment today; as my condo unit is directly next to Union Deposit road, and also was unable to close the door. I had security concerns as well as concerns of losing energy from having door remaining open until Saturday. Nick returned to me in a timely manner stating that a technician would be here between 3-5 pm today. Kenny, the tech, was very prompt and courteous, and was able to get the problem evaluated. Unfortunately, Precision was unable to schedule repair/replacement of the door, as it is a brand name they do not deal with. I do so appreciate all the efforts on my behalf to assist me. The fact that I was referred to a competitor, by Precision, speaks volumes to me regarding the integrity of your company. Great company to work with! Easy to schedule an appointment, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how he started with a safety check of the door and opener. He then gave us three options for fixing our door with no pressure or hard sell to accept any of them. Between fixing the spring and making adjustments, the door works better and is a lot quieter!
