Your company did a great job! The garage door opener is really quiet. The problem with the old unit was troubleshooted quickly in a way I could understand. You went the extra mile get the opener and new rollers installed that evening just a day after my wife made the appointment. You showed up on time and everyone was friendly. Thank you again. Sincerely, Paul Cullen

I was very happy with the service from Steven who installed my new garage door He came as scheduled even though we were having a snow storm. He was courteous even asked if I needed help removing the snow from my driveway. That is a courtesy I certainly didn't expect. I not only recommend Precision Door to everyone, I will use them for any future needs for myself.

On a Saturday morning I discovered one of my garage door extension springs had broken and I was unable to raise the door manually. Contacted Precision Door and was happily surprised to get a same day appointment. Eddie, the tech, was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained my options and the costs associated with each. I elected to replace the old extension springs with a torsion spring setup. Eddie completed the conversion in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Door and would certainly call them again should the need arise.

Service response was within hours and the broken torsion spring was replaced. Rollers and other parts were also replaced as needed for my 16 year old door. I am very satisfied with the work performed and am confident that the problem I had and related problems will not happen again for many years. Thanks Eddie you did a great job.
