I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday. I scheduled a visit on line on Monday for exactly the time most convenient for me on Tuesday. It's impossible to overstate the great experience I had with Kody when he came to asses the trouble with my garage door. He was exceptional in every way and did a great job!! It was a total mechanical overhaul to include a motor replacement. Thanks Precision for exceptional service.

I had told our neighbor across the street from us that I had the estimator coming and Zack spoke with her the same day. We love our new garage doors! Henry was out this morning 5/4/24 tune up on my garage door, very friendly, helpful, personal with the customer. He did a very good job on the door, had to replace a bracket and serviced the door.

Not much confidence in the service guy we had. Told us we needed the springs replaced as the ones we had were too big. Having 2nd thoughts on having him do the replacements and paid over $600 dollars . He couldn’t figure out the garage door opener and said we should replace that as well. We did not. . Will not use Precision the future.

Your rep was very helpful, unfortunately, he could not find a remote that was compatible with my existing opener since it was installed in 1992. He did go over some options if I decided to purchase a new system. All I really need at this time is 2 new remotes, since I only have one and I am not really having problems with my garage door opener itself. I will wait and see if I decide to purchase a whole new system.
